Friendly, professional salesman met with us, gave us some tips and we put down the deposit. From what I understand the company we hired made the fence but a contracted company did the installation. There were a few issues with the sales sketch which the installer worked around but otherwise they seemed fine. At my first glance it looked ok- (anything was better than the old fence!) but when my husband came home he looked at it from across the street then walked around the fence and he noticed several sections of fence were unstable, the the longer lines of the fence were not straight or even, many random pickets were visibly crooked and the gate opened the wrong way. The salesman came back to review and said he would send back the contractor to correct. They fixed the issues and they flipped the gate but the latch is now upside down.

Estimate was given 8/22/2022. My deck was completed October 30th. The first day of construction Ergi came with his crew and completed platform of deck. Could not complete entire job because some materials were not available. He returned on 10/09. To finish project and I gave him final payment. When I inspected work I was extremely disappointed. The deck has beginner mistakes, work was of poor quality and of course was not finished. It didn't appear to be finished. He agreed he would finish job. After going back and forth with Ergi making appointments to finish not showing up several times. He came to my house 2 months later without me having any knowledge and he told me I didn't need to know. Lol. Came cleaned up trash he left, only after I asked why he didn't clean up like he said. He informed me that he never said that. I had to text him a copy of his contract for him to agree to get his trash out my yard. I attached several photos of work. Also is 2 pics of the front stair he said he would fix. It's a disaster. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. You hire a contractor so you don't have to worry about permits and quality.

They came did the foundation and started the octagonal shape. I gave them the plans from Amish Country Gazebos which had all the dimensions, still the first try the top deck did not fit correctly. The crew had made 2 sides correct and the third was out which compounded the error. They had to take it apart and do it again. One of the supports was even off and they had to move the foundation bolt. He also built a path to the deck. This path bounce when constructed, he had to come back to fix it and even then the wood is touching the ground which will cause problems later. Now that was just the deck. He constructed the fence and gate and one half of the gate (4ft piece - 8ft in total) wouldn't adjust enough to line up correctly. So they had to get another one. Still they were so far off that the gap at the top was 1/2" and the bottom was 1". I settled for that has it wasn't too unsightly. Now the gat has settled and the latch is catching and it will not close on its own. I have texted him 3 times, emailed once, called once and he does not answer. DO NOT use this person he is unreliable, a cheat and should be taken out of business. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and see what they can do. If you have had work done by this company it will not last and will not be supported after you have paid. If you read this and you are currently in a project - pay by credit card and then you can put in dispute if anything goes wrong. I am seeking legal advice as I have a contract for each project and the jobs do not meet the contract.

After we got our items, we confirmed the start date. Stephen and Michael arrived promptly on the day work was scheduled to begin and demoed the bathroom. They arrived every morning at the same time and worked a full day and I'm not sure they even took breaks. They completely cleaned up at the end of each day and sectioned off the work area to minimize the dust throughout the house.
