The woman I worked with was cold and seemed painfully annoyed as I needed to print several items for an international visa. I was the only customer in the shop yet felt like I was the least important priority. She went even as far as to say "the guys in the back printing are getting very frustrated with the sizing of your item and are going to need to charge you more." It was a simple photo that could have easily been cut down to work properly. Instead, I sheepishly agreed to her idea of adding a white border on either left and right side of the photo, which would clearly make it look off, against my better judgment because I just wanted to get the hell out of there! It was a total waste of hours of my time and money, went all the way to the Embassy in DC and was told the photo's borders would make it against standard so my visa would need to be redone. Will not return.

It should be a simple process, and yet twice in the last two years employees didn't out process mail correctly so I've had to call their service center to get them to remove the mail from my account. You might think that's not a big deal, but ipostal charges you if you don't pick up your mail in a given time. And their phone lines always have a wait. 4/4/2026- I came to pick up 4 pieces of mail and they lost one of the pieces of mail. When I arrived the only place the only place to park is at one of two gas stations. So I parked at one, walked over to the photo place, which was swarmed by drugged-out people and other types of solicitors. I tried opening the door. It was closed. There was a FedEx slip posted to the door saying sorry we missed you. I walked back to my car to find someone else hanging around. It immediately got in, locked the doors and left.
