Not every project is cut and dry, and Rico never knows what he may encounter when he arrives at a job. Some projects take longer than expected because he takes the time to properly diagnose and fix the issue rather than rushing through it. What impressed us most was Rico's dedication to getting the job done right. He did not leave until the problem was fully resolved and the project was completed. Though he had plenty of time to do so, he did not give us any kind of heads up he would be late until I called numerous times and emailed the owner. At that point (30 minutes late), he told us he was still an hour away. When I mentioned to the owner, Conrad, that we understand these things happen but the lack of communication created a lot of inconvenience for us, the response was very snippy and unprofessional. Additionally, he tried to convince me of an untrue version of events, which was such weird way to handle the situation. I expect he will respond to this review in a similar manner. I would not recommend this company. They are rude, overpriced, and definitely consider their time to be more valuable than yours.
