We booked a (sedan) pickup from SFO to our Hotel and a return trip from our Hotel back to SFO 5 days later. Our driver Amir was wonderful driving us to our hotel . Talked to us about what it is like being a San Francisco native, the cost of living, mentioned to us what certain landmarks we were looking at, the healthcare system, and about the college that is located in the city. I appreciate a driver who is easy to talk to and Amir was just that. Our return trip was pretty amazing as well. Our driver Dennis was 20 minutes early (which was nice) and even though we ordered a pickup in a sedan he came in a Suburban SUV. It was a beautiful spacious car. We recently hired SF City Limo to provide shuttle buses for guests to and from multiple pick up locations to a large 50th birthday party in the Presidio. Sam gave us all kinds of pricing options, the best size of vehicle for each group, and worked with us the week before the event to confirm every detail. The drivers arrived on time, were courteous in making sure that all guests were present, and got everyone home at the end of the night. My in-laws needed some help getting to the airport with all their luggage. We ended up booking a ride with SF City Limo and could not have been happier. - Driver showed up on-time and was very courteous - The car was a large SUV as we had requested - Driver helped load up all the luggage I didn't witness the rest of the service but my in-laws were very happy getting to the airport. The driver continued to assist them and helped them get all their luggage checked and helped them get on their way. Their service is not cheap but reasonably priced for what it is. I'm so happy I selected SF City Limo. From my initial interaction they were very helpful. Sam helped me understand my different options and made my purchase fast and easy. The driver, Tarik was on time and happily dealt with us making a lot of noise. The driver dropped us off at the Cliff House and when we came out I wasn't sure where he parked. I texted Sam, asking for the drivers number, and Sam responded in a split second making it so easy for me to contact the driver to come grab us. **Response to SF Limo** Thank you for your defensive (and moderately condescending) response, Amer. I believe you have mischaracterized our concerns, so allow me to elaborate. Setting aside the fact that the sedan's window shade -which you are accusing us of breaking - malfunctioned, I want my concerns to be clear to other Yelpers. First, clearly my review does not suggest that your company has any control over bay area traffic patterns. We knew we would require an additional hour due to the traffic - I was fine with that. My complaint is being charged one full hour for 18 minutes. I understand that this is the policy (though not in big bold letters in the confirmation email as you suggest), but I would expect .3 hours of leniency. Ultimately, I can live with the fact that we paid an extra $72 for little to no value. Now for our driver. You suggest that our driver - with 16+ years of experience - knows the ins and outs the Bay Area. I strongly disagree. While he was a nice man, I did not see one other review about him. Without mentioning his name, here is a recap of our experience: 1. Upon arrival, his phone overheated and he was unable to use his map, so my husband had to navigate to the Golden Gate Bridge. I think you should listen to the audio one more time. 2. Regardless of his 16 years of experience, he was a bad driver. The constant twitching of his left and right arms made us feel nervous and unsafe. Again, please watch the video one more time. 3. In addition to the arm convulsions, the rapid accelerations and braking were not indicative of a driver with 16 years of experience. 4. On our return trip from Napa, Google maps indicated that the trip would take the same amount of time going through Berkeley or via the Golden Gate Bridge. So we decided to ride over the bridge again. Again, look at the video. Our driver did not suggest any specific route and my husband did not keep suggesting a different route. In fact, my husband did suggest a faster route which ultimately saved at least 40 min of travel time (though it would not have mattered considering we were charged for those 40 minutes in the end). Based on the other reviews I have read, SF Limo appears to be terrific at airport transfers. But our experience fell far short of the expectations set by others who used the service for a simple airport transfer. read more

First time using this service, Ray our driver arrived early, helped us load our many bags and had a nice conversation on the way to the airport. We thought about using Uber or Lyft but this service was less expensive than both of them and it included tip. Can not say enough nice things. They even walked us through the return ride. We booked SF City Limo for a day to the Napa Valley. Amir, our driver, was punctual. Knowing that we had booked a full day, Amir was extremely efficient on our outbound trip to Napa. The four of us received a scenic tour of San Fran. We went down the famed Lombard Street, stopping to take pictures to capture our experience. We then were able to make a quick stop at the Vista. Extremely happy with the service I received very professional I did not even have to call when my flight was delayed my car arrived was extremely professional and happy not annoyed that I was late. Very helpful and will be glad to accommodate any requests you have. Sam was very helpful, responsive and transparent. The prices are decent and they were able to accommodate a large group reservation. Only thing that was an issue was that they communicate to the riders via text. As an event planner, you can't guarantee the phone numbers you have on file from the attendees are their cell phones, so a few rides didn't go as smoothly as possible. The drivers waited for our guests. However, they didn't contact me to let me know there was an issue. I could have emailed the attendees and acted as the middle-person. All-in-all I would recommend working with them and I will be reaching out again for our program next year. read more
