Even with a neighbor who has made it her life's ambition to make our home as uncomfortable as possible (everyone can relate whose has had THAT neighbor)...when I've had to call again and again (in that regard), Liz (and her team) always show genuine concern and do not assume the worst on my behalf; They listen, and do the best they can to support my efforts to create distance in a peaceful manner, hopefully resulting in by-gones. Also, The surveillance and all around safety we feel here is palpable. I appreciate all you ladies do, I know it's a lot but keep up the good work, there are plenty of us who know and see all you do. Thank you.

Martha's Vineyard Mobile Home Community has many wonderful residents who enjoy living here. These residents take pride in living in a well kept community and work hard to keep their homes and property in good condition. Occasionally we have to send letters to residents asking them to address issues with their yards or homes. This is for the benefit of the entire community. These rules are explained in the Park Rules given to new residents at move-in. With regards to the roads, we have repaved the roads since this review was left. Road maintenance is a constant battle in the coastal bend. Finally, I want to mention Liz, our Property Manager. She lives on-site and works hard to maintain the property at a level she and the other residents can be proud of. She is doing her job. I can assure you, she gets appreciation from many residents for a job well done.

Do they build a beautiful and professional looking pools? Yes. Did any issues present during the…read morebuild? No. They were on top of things when there was a draw involved. After that, communications which is a big one for us, they appear to be like most in this industry, lacking. I'm editing my post 2 years later to expose what others have already put on BBB, yelp and Facebook reviews. Everyone's right, the communication is a lot of lies and unkept promises. I even recommended her to a friend with a bad pool builder experience in hopes that they've changed. In fact I'm going to expose HER specifically for bad mouthing her customers to me and another pool professional. The Le Family she accused you of trying to cheat her on a payment and many other things, the Nieto family, she said the wife quote "yelled at me like a teenager". Maria is a hot mess of a person who cries up a storm acting like she's the victim when it's us, the female customers who see right through her charade. In addition to that, she went and talked negatively about us to a contractor and then denied it! It was too late because our lawyer got a hold of that information straight from the horses mouth! But just so y'all know, Maria and Cruz have stated to my face that they don't care if I report them to BBB or file suit because they've been essentially getting away with this for quite some time. Let's get to why My rating has changed to lesser stars because on top of other issues that I agreed to let go they were recently discovered to have put a pump that was overkill and completely the wrong pump for a residence. They've been back and forth for the last month about swapping it out for a comparable one and have put it in writing. First she lies about when they're coming to install and has me lose an entire personal day. Then The biggest issue is that she tried deceiving us by having a sub contractor come in and install a pump that was never what we agreed to. Even the sub contractor admitted that she didn't even hire him to install this pump until 1:30 pm the prior day when she had scheduled us for install. Then she lies and says he had to cancel. That was another lie! She was just buying time to come up with a plan to get out of keeping her word. She tried to come off with this excuse that the manufacturer said it's fine. She spent a lot of time calling other professionals including Pentair to help her BREACH the verbal and written agreement she made with me and another pool professional. But No ma'am, that's not how it's going to work! You need to install what you agreed to! I've put the screenshots for everyone to see! When she returned the next day, she brought in the 'basic' version of the correct pump but it was missing the drive and keypad - which is now actually a touch screen. She wants to now whine that the touchscreen is an upgrade but it's not, that's the only option to manually control that pump. She wants to force us to lose the option to have manual control which is what we have right now IN ADDITION to the automation equipment we bought. It doesn't matter if it's now technically redundant technology to you. You need to install the pump exactly as you agreed and you can make this all go away. But you don't, you're telling other pool professionals that you don't want ME to win. No ma'am, us paying through the nose in electricity consumption by the incorrect pump you installed is hardly winning. In fact, all we'll get is relief. There's no winning at all when you know you were screwed over and run through the wringer by the person you entrusted over $70k to. Fix this ASAP!

We were interested in having a pool built for a client. I guess we should have seen it coming after…read morethe first interactions with my husband. Most of the interactions were with the wife who needed to talk with the husband for everything. We provided the blue prints and they provided an initial estimate. My husband told them the job was in Goliad which is 1.5 hours away and we are 1.5 hours away from Goliad as well. He was on his way to Corpus to give them the deposit when they decided to meet him in Goliad, which is where they should have met initially. I don't have to tell you that the price went up $14,000k. We agreed to the price and agreed on a date, which C&G suggested the date. Saturday morning at 9:45 am the wife texted and said they were getting packed and heading out, bringing their RV; we offered for them to stay on the property. My husband was in Goliad and I drove from San Antonio to take a cashiers check for $11k since the price changed. SIX hours later and no one had shown up or communicated one word. We called and she never answered the phone... she never did. He texted, asked if they were still showing up and also stated that the lack of communication and disrespect for our time was unprofessional but still asked if they wanted the Job? She responded 45 mins later with an attitude as if her lack of communication and our frustration was OUR fault. We treat all customers with respect and do not recommend this company.
