I am having a difficult time getting them to finish the job. Lots of excuses. Please be aware…read morethat this company demands half down to order the cabinets. Then demands full payment before they schedule to install. Then there a lot of excuses on why they can't finish the job. At this time my job was paid in full January 9th and I can't get them confirmation to finish the job. Always different excuses. I will update when the job is finallly finished.

Day ONE (Tuesday, about 3 weeks from Cabinet Contract signed) plumbers (not part of HI-Liquidation's contract) removed dishwasher, garbage disposal, and disconnected sink. Day TWO (Wednesday), old kitchen cabinets removed (part of contract). Day THREE & FOUR (Thursday-Friday), new cabinets installed (part of contract). Day SEVEN, Dishwasher reinstalled (not part of contract). Day TEN, Countertops (part of contract) measured and Granite Slab selected (initial Granite Guy fell through on Tuesday). Day TWENTY THREE, Countertops and Stainless Steel Sink installed (took 3 hours, contract fulfilled). By noon Day TWENTY FOUR disposal and faucet and sink plumbing installed (not part of contract) and kitchen totally functional again. During ALL OF THIS Mo and Feby were communicating with us, handled anything that came up (went smooth outside of first Granite Guy falling through) and we are so HAPPY with our new kitchen.

Oh and the reason why he went out of business is because one of his family stole money, while also one of his employee screwed up big time leaving them behind with like 150k debt, yet that doesn't excuse him to not complete his job, nor the fact i had to pester him about status on the project for a week only to find out he sold out. on top of all of the above, all the subs he hired are unlicensed and don't know what they are doing, i'm left with fixing roofing, plumbing and slab because of his lack of honesty to tell me he hired unlicensed subs to do the job he was paid for in advance. We are trying to pursue this further up in court but it's hard to do since this stuff can take last me forever

She finally got the long-languishing repairs on track while competently navigating further challenges that arose along the way. I believe now that the source of the problem is that I was unfortunately working with a designer who was not effectively communicating my repeated concerns or requests for escalation through the company channels, which left me stuck in an endless loop of delays and setbacks. That said, I have lingering concerns about the repeated quality-control lapses involving the cabinet supplier itself. While S&W ultimately worked through the problems, the number of defects, replacement parts, and repeated corrections was well beyond what I would reasonably expect on a new installation of this scale. In fairness, I also recognize that had I been more assertive about making sure management directly heard my concerns, the resolution likely would have come much sooner. Once I finally went around the bottleneck and escalated the issues myself, things began smoothing out quickly. In summary, I don't believe my experience reflects the company as a whole as much as an unfortunate mismatch with one designer who was not effectively managing communication or escalation. Once others within S&W Kitchens became involved, the project moved forward much more professionally and efficiently. I would like to thank all involved for, ultimately, a good result. Thank you!
