The…read morelatest project was removal of a haphazard wire fence (with "plumbing pipe" supports!) entangled with overgrown brush that probably hadn't been touched in 30 years. Mr. Moreno's crew spent days hacking down the brush and digging out huge root balls so that a new wood fence could be installed. The transformation in the look is nothing short of amazing! Neighbors can't help but pause and look. Once the wood dries out a bit, the crew will return to stain and seal it - but it already looks fantastic. Walter kept me informed every step of the way and was patient and creative in working with my next-door neighbor to navigate some decorative cinder block on her side, and her plantings. He was also creative in fence design to deal with my neighbor's yard being more than two feet higher than my driveway. W&M Services gives great value for the price - Highly recommend!

I went in looking for a few low maintenance plants and Cole walked me through several options with real care and attention. I picked up a Hoya Compacta Hindu Rope, a ZZ plant, a Philodendron Lemon Neon, a Bromeliad, a Crassula Jade, an annual, and a six inch Euphorbia Firestick cactus. Every plant looked healthy and well cared for. Since it was a quiet Wednesday morning, I got very personalized attention, but honestly the service here is always excellent even when the store is busy. The staff makes every customer feel valued, no matter how many people are in the shop. The prices are higher than big box stores, but the quality and care of the plants make it worth it. When issues arose, I even paid an additional $1,000 for them to return and fix the wooden wall. Despite this, the wall was not properly fixed, and the entire structure is now broken after only three years. The owner refuses responsibility and offers no remedy. He sounded very nice and he immediately came out to provide a free estimate. I checked with my coworkers and they were blown away with how affordable the estimate was in comparison to their experiences with other tree services. Edwin came out with his crew and efficiently and safely cut down and removed the tree. They also cut some other scary looking branches on nearby trees. My wife and I were so impressed with their service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

They didn't show up the first time, because another job kept them longer. That's fine, just communicate that instead of letting me wait. I called the day after they didn't show up, they never contacted me. When he finally came out to give me an estimate, he gave me a date for the job. He didn't show up. Didn't call either. I would not recommend this company.
