My background has given me a deep understanding of what true leadership looks like, and unfortunately, the directors at this club consistently fell short. Throughout my time here, I witnessed a troubling lack of honesty, integrity, and accountability from those in charge. Promises were made and not kept. Decisions were guided more by politics and ego than by what was best for the players or the program. Communication was inconsistent at best, and the culture created by leadership made it difficult to maintain the positive, team-first environment I worked hard to build. I've served in environments where trust and character meant everything. That's not what I experienced here. If you're a parent or coach considering this club, I encourage you to ask tough questions and pay close attention to how leadership handles adversity. Titles don't make leaders -- actions do. And young athletes deserve adults who lead by example, not by convenience.

Although the club director initially reached out and a meeting led to brief improvement, the same issues quickly returned with poor communication and dismissive responses from the coach. Concerns about effort or attitude were never communicated in real time, leaving our child confused and discouraged. This has been the most disheartening youth sports experience our family has encountered, and we hope changes are made so no other athlete feels invisible or unsupported.
