We had gotten quotes from other local companies, some much higher and others incredibly predatory (promised discounts if they didn't have to pull permits, etc.). Alpha was the only one who was straightforward, but also genuinely kind and honest. We were most comfortable working with them and I'm so happy we did. They called us and squeezed us in quickly which was great! The guys on the job were so awesome and respectful. We had a very angry/nosy neighbor situation who felt permits with the City of Petaluma simply weren't enough and we also needed to go through the permitting office of Mr. Neighbor -- I'm not joking. He was awful, but the guys carried on, completely undisturbed and also gave us assurance that we did everything right. They took incredible care with ensuring the sidewalk concrete was done correctly and cleanly -- matching with the rest of the sidewalk. Just really went the extra mile. After THREE weeks of phone calls to tell them that there was in fact NO water, they finally sent a tech out on 9/22 to find the water was turned off at the street! Received a bill for 9/15-10/8 for $74! The water was physically not even on from the street until 9/22 and yet they insist over a thousand gallons of water was used. STRAIGHT FRAUD! How an empty unit can use water from faucets that are physically off at the street level is beyond me. It is a basic scam because they know there is nothing you can do to fight it and there is no choice in utility company! Beware and I guess measure your water?!

They deemed themselves as a liar as well by changing company police for myself while on the phone vs. what was and was not allowable while speaking with my husband. This person attempted to gas light me, screamed at me, hung up the phone several times, and suggested that I was creating fallacies in order to "not pay my bill". I am absolutely disgusted by this company and by this employee. I have been their customer for five plus years and never had a billing issue. To suggest anything of the sort is ludicrous and also dehumanizing. She should be fired on her customer service merits alone.
