We contacted his now former project manager who said she only lasted two weeks working for him which we found odd and is no longer an employee. We kept getting promised things such as our plans will be done on x date so we can submit to the city. He would come up with excuse after excuse. Well long story short, no progress has been made this last two months. This guy has gone MIA on us and our good friends! Absolutely zero communication with Mike. Stay far away from this "contractor". Iain arrived on time the following Wednesday in a specially designed van utilizing de-ionized filtrated water and scrub brush that leaves zero residue on the panels. When Iain was done, I asked him if he had time to clean a gable window above the front door that hasn't been cleaned in 20 years. Not only did he clean it inside and out, but he also removed the over-spray paint from a recent paint job. The cost was very reasonable, and I couldn't happier. HIGHLY Recommended.
