So quiet...dead silence as I looked through the menu. No one offered suggestions, asked if I have any questions, told me about promotions. I normally go to another dispensary, where the counter service means telling the employee what you'd like and they retrieve it. Here you place your order on the tablet, but I didn't know that. I told one of the five silent, unsmiling employees leaning against the wall that I was ready and was given a point to the tablet. Found myself apologizing for not knowing the procedure. Waiting for the order, I noticed a flyer taped to the counter with a vape cart special. I asked the employee about it. Is it Indica or Sativa? " I don't know." do you know the THC percentage? "No. It's on the menu." Rude, unhelpful, uncomfortable. Will not not be back. There are so many other warm, friendly, helpful dispensaries where the employees seem to enjoy their jobs and their customers.
