In the parking lot I opened it and took a puff and instantly knew something was wrong so I checked for the hologram and Qr code. The hologram was clearly fake, like a picture of the real hologram and there was no qr code. I took it inside to ask for refund and they refused. Just kept repeating no refund inbetween arguing with each other in a language I don't know.

He is remarkably knowledgeable And happy to help you find the right smoke for what you want. Staff is hit or miss on cigar info. The only thing missing is a smoking lounge that lets you bring your own booze from next door. My dream is to open a smoking bar on the commons and work with these folks.
