I saw the sign for Laura's and called when I got home. It was a Sunday and Laura answered the phone. I told her what I wanted and she said she could do it and deliver it Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning they were delivered and were so pretty and cheerful! The flowers are very springy and colorful. The vase Laura used is so cute! It's not your typical glass vase that all the shops use. I will get lots of use out to once the pandemic ends. These flowers make me smile every time I look at them. They remind me there are better days ahead! This was the first time I have ever used Laura. I definitely use her again when I need flowers. Thanks again Laura!

We (Mom's daughters) bought a standing spray for my mother's funeral, we asked for a very specific…read morefloral arrangement that should have been full of yellow roses with a few fillers, but that is not what we received. Laura promised the standing spray would look beautiful as we showed her some ideas she had in her floral book. We paid for mostly all yellow roses, and only received a few with that order. We also purchased a $50.00 bouquet to put in my mom's hands which were pretty. The standing spray should have been just as pretty, or so since they costs over $200.00. The flowers were delivered to the church the morning of the funeral on 6/8/2026 and the flowers looked terrible. Some of our closes friends and relatives asked why did you girls buy that floral arrangement?. The spray clearly stated the flowers were from her daughters. The standing spray paled in comparison to the casket spray we purchased from the funeral home which was $50.00 less than what we paid at Laura's Floral Boutique. The flowers we receive from Laura's for my mom's funeral looked old and worn with a few yellow roses surrounded by what looked like weeds. We were so embarrassed and disappointed by that floral arrangement. Any and everyone that asked at the funeral where we purchased those flowers were told at Laura's Floral Boutique in Monroeville, PA. We will NEVER purchase anything from her store again. The one star is for the hand held bouquet, and overall embarrassing experience.

This past fall, we lost 3 people in very quick succession and I was struck with grief. The people at Holiday Florist were so kind, understanding, and helpful. They helped me figure out the details (my notification came from other grieving family members and details were sketchy) and select arrangements. Much to my delight, I heard from relatives still in the area that the arrangements were beautiful and tasteful. I am forever grateful.

There was a little confusion finding the finished flowers, but whatever, things happen. Dan seems to be a personable fellow, and he did give me a military discount, so that was nice. The bouquet was...okay. Certainly big enough for $75...but in my opinion it just didn't appear as fresh as it should have been. That was a little disappointing, and my son noticed it as well without my prompting him. I didn't really notice it initially at the store, but given the day's time constraints there wasn't much to do about it once I really looked at them at home. I saw some good reviews for the shop, and that spurred my trying them (my old florist closed shop). My son's disappointment was what's most disconcerting.

I have to honestly say how extremely disappointed I am with this shop after being told how amazing…read morethis local florist is. I went in today to get a gift for our boss and I had my kids with disabilities with me. And I have never been treated so disrespectfully nor have they. As soon as I walked in, all I wanted to do was look around since I have never been there before and I wanted to make sure our boss had the perfect gift including flowers. When I told the man behind the counter that we were just looking around real quick, he looked at my kids with disabilities, rolled his eyes and said "are you fucking kidding" me under his breath. I brushed that off because he was attending to a floral arrangement and I was hoping that he was talking about that but then later on I realized he was talking about me and my kids. When we were looking at items one of my kids went to look at one of the pieces on the table and he yelled at her and said don't touch that because I don't want you to break anything. First of all, why have it on display for somebody to look at? And second of all there's a tactful way to talk to people with disabilities. Very hurt, My one kid asked me what she did wrong and I had to just explain to her that sometimes people don't understand how to treat people that have special needs because they have no patience. I would never recommend this florist to anybody if you can't deal with somebody who's innocent in this world and didn't ask to have disabilities then you yourself are the lowest piece of scum. I wish I can give this business establishment zero Stars!

The cranberries look like shit. I think they used the bottom of the barrel for my arrangement. I'm so disappointed! What should have been joy for days is just sad and frustrating. Total ripoff!!
