Last minute (semi-urgent) appointment for ongoing eye issue no problem (granted this is early post-season) 2. Staff was very friendly and helpful (if not a bit overwhelmed) 3. Dr Miller was fantastic. Friendly and assertive - **and very patient** - walked through every step and even pulled up images to show what he was seeing His prognosis was astute and thoughtful, and prescription clear and thorough. (clearly someone who has "seen" it all) Although the medication was the same, the course of treatment was slightly different and (IMHO) more considered toward a solution. The doctor answered by saying that he would be there until 2 stop in anytime. Well not only did he work on them but when I put them on they feel like new. I hesitated to write this review as I realize that everyone has bad days and sometimes that is reflected in the service we provide. But I find that the receptionist is unpleasant all the time. I've NEVER (no, not once) seen her smile. In fact, she seems to resent having to interact with customers (as if you're bothering her). I won't go into detail, but there was a problem with an order I placed. She gave me such a hard time even though the problem was on their end, not mine. I only got satisfaction after leaving a frustrated message that Dr. Petrelli must have heard and called me back about. He was gracious. She was not.
