What really stood out was how thoughtful Jessica was about placement and jewelry choice. She took the time to recommend the option that would suit my face best instead of rushing through it, and she absolutely nailed it. The piercing fits my face perfectly and looks amazing. The whole experience felt professional, gentle, and genuinely caring. I never felt rushed or brushed off, and her calm energy made the entire process so much easier, especially for something that can make people nervous. I made an appointment with Rachael to get a very small tattoo removed from my left ring ringer. She was very clear about the entire process, the care for it, how long it might take, how much it might cost, the potential side effects, etc. - just incredibly professional, helpful and knowledgable overall. My tattoo is very small, but it's going to take a few treatments to remove...either way, I don't mind because Rachael's service and knowledge has been tremendous thus far.
