Some of our windows, Especially the electric roller, shades, Very much subpar. We worked with Kaz and his wife about a year ago. Some of them roller shades have issues. Some of them have stopped working, and some of them with battery issues, battery runs dry after a week or so. We were told, based on a full charge, this should last six months. So 3 out of 17 electric roller blinds, will not work without it being constantly plugged in because the batteries are dead. There are no support whatsoever. And these roller shades are all completely out of sync. Pictures below for some examples. The center one is closed, the one on the left is slightly open, and the one on the right is halfway open. They're all completely out of sync. The ones in our dining room, and the ones in our living room, and our kids room, are also all out of sync. Also, these blinds Somehow have formed a static cling. So it doesn't have a beautiful shape when it's closed. The center of them stick together because of static electricity. The ones our neighbors. A different company, our flawless. And they're cheaper. The shutters, look very nice, but they are really cheap quality. The plastic are very lightweight. We have Worked with Budget blinds and a few other companies during our time, and I'm sad to say this is the worst of the qualities we have dealt with. The part that actually saddens us the most, and very disappointed, we, tried contacting Kaz for a solution, but after we paid him the last check, we haven't heard back from him since. There were no replies to our phone calls, messages, or emails. I have records to show that we have tried contacting them multiple times, in multiple ways. No reply, absolutely none.

They're custom-made, so they do take several weeks to make, but I'm very happy with the result. They fit the windows perfectly and look much classier and stunning than boring window blinds. Bloomin' Blinds doesn't charge extra for putting the rod behind the shutters, like other companies do, and they also take your blinds away for you -- that means you don't have to deal with the hassle of finding a way to dispose of the old blinds. I have eight windows and one door, and it took Javier only about an hour or so to do all the work. This was a great investment in my home - money that would've been spent on vacation last year went on my windows instead, and they look fantastic...elegant, simple, and classy. Javier and Kari have a great quote and installation process, and the team was good at communication. Just be prepared to wait ~8-10 weeks for them to be made, but custom-made is worth it.

When I contacted the company, they acknowledged that they had seen this issue with other remotes from the same timeframe. Instead of scheduling a service visit, they simply sent me a link to purchase a replacement remote along with instructions on how to pair it myself. I appreciate receiving the instructions, but I paid for a premium product and professional installation. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect some level of customer support when a known issue occurs. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication--I had to call more than 10 times and send multiple text messages just to get a response. If this is a known problem with the remotes they supplied, I would have expected them to stand behind their product and take care of syncing the replacement remote themselves, rather than leaving the customer to handle it. For blinds that cost around $1,200 a window with faulty remotes apparently, I expected much better customer service and post-installation support. Based on my experience, I can't recommend them.

He seemed to be in a hurry, rushed through the consultation and made me feel pressured into making a selection. David was rapid fire in the way he presented the fabric samples making it a very frustrating experience. He seemed to think I didn't like anything he was showing me, and said so, but really I was just confused, he was was not giving me time to look at a sample before he assumed my feelings on it and quickly pull out another sample. I'm not very demanding, I worked public service for most of my life and want to be kind to others working in customer service, but the customer service I got from David was just very weird, upsetting and stressful.
