It's frustrating to invest in custom window treatments only to be ignored when you need service or repairs. If you're considering Budget Blinds of McKinney, just be aware that while they may be great at selling, their customer service after installation is severely lacking. David was rapid fire in the way he presented the fabric samples making it a very frustrating experience. He seemed to think I didn't like anything he was showing me, and said so, but really I was just confused, he was was not giving me time to look at a sample before he assumed my feelings on it and quickly pull out another sample.
