Updated Review: we recently purchased a home and I reached out to Leslie to see about getting window treatments for the master bedroom. We had renovated the home prior to moving in and while we didn't have the budget to get window treatments for the entire home, this did not stop Leslie from providing exceptional service for the project. Leslie gave us several ideas for the bedroom and helped us choose a custom option based on our needs. I was so happy with the master bedroom, that as soon as our budget allowed, I reached out again and sought help for project #2, which was to get motorized custom shades for the family room and motorized custom blackout curtains for two additional bedrooms. Leslie once again knocked it out of the park. She went out of her way to help me make use of the motors and remotes she installed at our previous home and that ended up saving us a considerable amount of money. Her honesty and integrity is something I truly value and it's one of the reasons I have worked with her so many times. Finally, Leslie came out for the third time this afternoon and completed the last of the window treatments for the home. Now every single window has been fitted with custom treatments and it has come together beautifully. One of the things I valued most about working with Leslie is that she really listened to me and never once did she try to upsell or expand a project beyond my expressed needs or wants. She took her time and found exactly the product that would work best for me and made sure to get me the best value. Each time I reached out, she graciously took on the next project and I really appreciated the fact that there was no "sales" vibe - just honest, high quality, consistently delivered excellence. I don't even know where to start! I've never experienced any sort of home improvement that went THIS smoothly and pleasant! The cost was so much more affordable than all the other in home quotes we got, Leslie's personality is an absolute treasure, they got my order in a timely manner, the materials are high quality, they did the install quickly, CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES (which is so rare in my experience with contractors), and Darin - the guy who did the install - was so incredibly personable and professional and even spent time making sure my scared rescue dog trusted him before he started to work. I worked with Leslie a few months ago in implementing shutters throughout my downstairs. I wasn't sure what I wanted and she came to my home and spent hours going over options and styles that fit my needs. She measured each window and came up with a reasonable quote within days. What I liked best is that someone else comes out to measure again so their are NO errors. The timing of delivery was on time and came in UPS boxes and she was there to receive them and make sure all shutters came. Leslie spent the next 2 days at my house working with the installation man to not only watch but support the process.
