This company did not respond to my project here on yelp, I was referred to them by a friend of mine who maintains a La Jolla set of condominiums where they had this company perform a difficult task. After giving them details and images of my proposed work, they quoted me a very affordable price (approximately half of some of the other estimates that I received) and they helped me with an invoice where I was able to make my payment directly into the email and they got my payment immediately. True 5 star service doesn't have an expiration date. I used this company to install two shower doors in 2017. They did a nice job, although I did have to call them out to make an adjustment that should have been done by the installer (said the owner, Jon, himself). Last week I called them to find out about replacing the knobs on both doors, which have since corroded. (Actually not cool after only 4 years.) The first time I called, I got a female who upon hearing when I bought the doors immediately went into defense mode and informed me the doors were out of warranty. Yes, I understand...I expect to pay...I just need your help getting them fixed as quickly as possible as I have renters coming in and I'd like not to bother them. I was told to send pictures and she would check to see if they would have to special order the knobs and get back with me. I sent the ones below...and waited. Crickets.
