When I emailed to address the issues, she ignored me and instead posted a passive-aggressive Instagram story aimed at my concerns. She only responded after I called her out. I was truly shocked at how she responded with no concern for whether her clients are happy. Her attitude made it clear she does not care about client satisfaction. Whatever she says goes, and she has no interest in fixing mistakes or making anything right. The quality of her work has gone downhill, and the way she treats clients is completely unacceptable. Her Instagram may look polished, but that is not reality. Even the typos on her website and prep guide were red flags for how unprofessional she is. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. This entire experience was a huge disappointment from start to finish.

Jenna recently did a family shoot for my husbands mom's 90th birthday celebration. Most of his…read moresiblings live out of state and this would be the first time all of mom's kids and their spouses would be together in NJ in years...so we thought it would be wonderful to commemorate her day with some family photos! Once we had the date and plan secured, Jenna called me to go over details for the day of the shoot. She was especially focused on how the time of day and the light would play, especially in the hot summer sun. She also asked for the names of all involved (12 people!) and we also went over the list of each group of shots she would take. We settled on photos of mom with her kids and spouses, mom with just her kids, the siblings each alone with mom, each couple alone, each couple with mom, and she even randomly threw in (unplanned!) photos of mom and each of the spouses on the swing that hangs from a tree in the back of our property! So fun! Finally she took photos of mom with her birthday cake with all of us around her and a few of her alone with her cake. She never looked to rush off and made sure we had all that we wanted before she packed up. We had chosen to do the photos around 6pm and Jenna was absolutely correct about the light that time of day...,the images she took could not be any better! We received our photo gallery of the photos taken in a timely fashion and they are all so fantastic! She succeeded in making everyone super at ease and took great care and attention to detail while ensuring that everyone got photos taken that they would enjoy forever!
