They came back out and shimmed the joists again. They never told me that I didn't have insulation in the problem area or a vapor barrier. Now I'm having my floors replaced and I can see their work. One set of blocking is not even under the joists. I called them today and questioned them about it. I was told that they don't warranty their work.! My problem is they didn't make the repair correctly. Tempers flared up on the phone and they are not very professional.! They ripped off a 65yr old man for $3,400. They didn't even offer any refund or to come back and make the correct repairs..! NOT HAPPY..!

Integrity Vapor Barrier Services is a company with integrity, well named, and it was all due to a misunderstanding around the scheduling which led me down a horrible road. I experienced an extremely taumatic scam recently and when Integrity did not show up as I thought they were scheduled to, I panicked and began to relive that scam. I have spoken at length with Patrick who has been extremely forgiving and understanding. I am truly sorry for any impact this may have on his reputable business and am hoping very much that noone makes any decisions based on that review.
