Smaller and not as busy as the bigger farms that charge you $20 a head to come in. Descent food, and a good time.

This is a great local farm that offers a variety of grass fed beef and eggs. In the fall, it's a fun pumpkin farm!

It's right across from the fire station (kids love fire trucks), in the church parking lot. Dogs aren't allowed so bring a friend to hold her while you shop. You can eat your breakfast together at one of the tables right there at the church outside of the Farmers Market. Parking is available on the street or across the street at another church. It's a great place to hangout for a bit, let the kids explore, eats farm fresh, literally, breakfast, get some great goodies for the week, and RELAX (it's the weekend). This Farmers Market is large enough to give you everything you need or want, and small enough to walk around and still keep an eye on your kids or quickly find a friend to compare your treasures. I love the breakfast omelet, the music is always good and sometimes really, really good. And the people are always friendly and fun. I walk there, but it is worth the drive, and then you can walk around a bit!

It's something I love to do with my mom on Saturday mornings in the summer. Today, my purchase is included farm fresh cabbage, yellow, squash, arugula, tomatoes, and eggs. In addition to home canned pickles and hand made jewelry. There is live music. Such a great variety of local and regional vendors. I learned about camels milk and camels milk ice cream, which is for sale by one of the vendors. I love running into people that I know there. I love the vibe and I love the set up. It's a great way to support our area farmers and local vendors. Sometimes parking is crowded but usually if you wait a few minutes, you will get a space. It's right at the entrance of the beautiful Iroquois Park by the pickle ball courts. It goes every Saturday morning from 8 AM to noon.

Okay, the lists could go on. It's at the front of Iroquois Park, near the basketball court and playground. There is a parking lot beside where this takes place, plus tons of parking at the amphitheater and more along the road behind there. There are lots of community ties here as well with nonprofits and neighborhood organizations. Oh, there's live music as well. It really was made for the community and is inclusive for all. What a great addition to the South End!
