I started my treatment in September 2019. They had an affordable payment plan that actually fit into my budget. They've been pretty accommodating when I've had any issues. I just came to the end of my two year treatment on 4/27.2922. Dr. Chen did a great job transforming my smile and worked hard to get my desired final results. I'm pretty picky and he was more than happy to order me new trays after I officially ended treatment but wasn't quite happy with the results. My teeth that I didn't have any issues with, were now spaced out, crooked, and giving me so many problems. When I brought it to his attention, he made it seem like it was an easy fix and the retainers would fix it. Retainers are to keep teeth in place after the braces fix them. Then charged me for the retainer when it was his mistake. I called not even 5 minutes after paying for it, to tell them I would like I refund because I shouldn't have to pay for his mistakes, and they told me that wasn't allowed. Then the girl who would help out (forgot her name) refused to glue my band on my tooth (I got a cavity and a stained tooth. Never had one before.) because she had a meeting to attend (so rude and unprofessional). The list goes on. I should have sued. He was a joke and so was everyone else in there. He was only about the money! Now I'm stuck needing to get braces again, to correct his wrongdoing.
