He sent a whole paragraph aplogizing but an apology isn't going to fix my car! My car is still making the same sounds doing the same thing. Ive also been calling and texting me asking him to come and fix a minor thing he tampered with but he's ignoring me. He also farts around his clients and think it's funny. I chose my oil and pulled the car into the bay and then they did a quick inspection of everything from my lights to my fluid levels. Then broke everything down for me right there and what the price of each thing would be, suggested what I should work on next or do today. I chose to get an oil change and a new air filter. It ran me about $145, which is pretty high for an oil change imo, especially as someone who typically does it at home. BUT for the service, the breaking everything down to make it simple and just the quality of the service. I would pay the price again. But, what the heck, it's an oil-change shop, right? Well, you know what? You don't have to put up with that! And the Jiffy Lube in Sedalia showed me that. :) The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were pleasant and made me feel comfortable and welcome. The waiting room was clean and cozy with complimentary water and coffee. (This Jiffy Lube is attached to a BreakTime, so I opted to go next door and purchase a fountain drink.) Wait time was short and I was informed of what they did to my vehicle and why. I felt involved in my car's maintenance. The price was a little higher than what I pay from the greasy oil-change places, but the guys at Jiffy Lube performed extra services, such as washing the windows, vacuuming the floors and topping off fluids, which doesn't happen at the places I used to frequent.
