So we were driving through on our way on vacation and my alternator decided to go bad. I literally…read morehad enough juice to make it from I-70 to make it here. My car died just as I had pulled in and parked. It was 3:30 pm so end of day and the 2 ladies at the service desk were so friendly and helpful. They got our car in and service manager went out of his way to get answers. Alternator was bad and they couldn't get one in until morning. They felt bad for our circumstance of being on vacation so they loaned us a car overnight to go to hotel with and took bad part off before leaving for the night so they could get new one on quickly in the morning and get us on our way. They were a blessing and welcoming for such a bad turn of event for us. Definitely recommend all of them there and wish them all such a blessing from my family to them.
