To my dismay, my experience with State Farm representatives here in Caldwell, was, from day one, one disappointment after another. I was continually subject to incompetent service of the worst class. I suffered from deviation of standard State Farm protocols. Agents were crude, inappropriate, incomplete, and lacked basic standard professional work ethics.
