First, Scott said he would call me and go over the charges BEFORE he fixed my car. Not only did he…read morenot call me, he didn't even have the courtesy to let me know my car was done. Because of this I missed out on 2 shifts at work I could have picked up, but they had to be filled before 3pm. I tried calling Scott prior but his line was busy for about 2 hours. He probably takes the phone off the hook when he's fixing cars. The Crivelli Chevy dealer in New Castle, PA would have charged me 334.00 with labor and tax, for NEW rotors, front brakes and a state inspection. Scott said he might be able to shave the rotors so the price would be less than 200.00. I was given an oil change that I specifically told Rob (Scott's mechanic) that I did not want; I just had one done. Rob did it anyway. I had to pay 45.00 for something I told him NOT to do, plus the labor for the oil change. Let's see------- I would have gotten NEW rotors, front brakes and an inspection from the dealer for only 59.00 more. Instead, for 275.00 from Scott, I'm left with USED rotors, front brakes and an oil change I specifically told Rob I did not want. I guess you do get what you pay for when it comes down to ethics and integrity. Never again! Next time I'll go to VALVOLINE for my oil change where I can watch them change the oil. Rob said he changed it, but I have no idea if he did or not. No one is allowed to wait for their cars. Seems Scott doesn't like customers watching him do repairs. After this experience, I don't think he's trustworthy. In the future, I'll pay a little more and have the Chevy dealer fix my car. They are trustworthy.

It's a rare event in my life that I have an experience with a business that is so absolutely…read moreterrible that I would take the time to type up a review explaining how downright awful it was, BUT here ai am doing exactly that in regards to my family's experience with Uneeda Tire, but here goes. My mother, a 75 yr old woman went there with a flat passenger's side tire. After pointing this out to the staff they somehow managed to hoodwink her into replacing the drivers side tire that, admittedly wasn't in the best shape, it was however a tire still in operational condition and NOT in the shape of the passengers side tire that, mind you, had a 4 inch gash torn into it. So, brilliant as these guys were, they sent her home with a new tire (they charged her $105) on the driver's side and a TOTALLY FLAT tire on the passengers side. They managed to somehow charge her $105 to replace a working tire and yet left the OBVIOUSLY flat tire as is. Now, when I called them I asked politely what time they would be open as I had this issue which I wanted to discuss in person. To which they said, "five o'clock". So imagine my absolute disgust over this matter when at 4:35 I arrived just to have them lock the door from the inside as I was aapproaching from the outside. So, at this point I'm left ONLY to assume that they knew they took advantage of a senior citizen and had no intention to be correct this issue. And, here I am after having lost about $300 in wages from not being able to work for the last two days (I am a delivery driver) still trying to contact Uneeda Tire and still no one is answering my calls at Uneeda Tire. Again, one of the worst businesses I've had the displeasure of TRYING to deal with.

I've been a loyal customer of this shop for years, always going there for oil changes. Recently,…read morethough, my car started making strange sounds, and after taking it to another mechanic, I found out I didn't have any oil in the engine! It turns out they left out the oil filter rod during my last oil change, which led to serious engine damage. I'm beyond frustrated. Not only did they fail to do the job properly, but now my engine is ruined. It's clear to me that their mechanics either aren't skilled or there's a lack of proper supervision. This experience has completely shattered my trust in this shop. Stay away if you care about your vehicle. I won't be returning.
