It's a rare event in my life that I have an experience with a business that is so absolutely…read moreterrible that I would take the time to type up a review explaining how downright awful it was, BUT here ai am doing exactly that in regards to my family's experience with Uneeda Tire, but here goes. My mother, a 75 yr old woman went there with a flat passenger's side tire. After pointing this out to the staff they somehow managed to hoodwink her into replacing the drivers side tire that, admittedly wasn't in the best shape, it was however a tire still in operational condition and NOT in the shape of the passengers side tire that, mind you, had a 4 inch gash torn into it. So, brilliant as these guys were, they sent her home with a new tire (they charged her $105) on the driver's side and a TOTALLY FLAT tire on the passengers side. They managed to somehow charge her $105 to replace a working tire and yet left the OBVIOUSLY flat tire as is. Now, when I called them I asked politely what time they would be open as I had this issue which I wanted to discuss in person. To which they said, "five o'clock". So imagine my absolute disgust over this matter when at 4:35 I arrived just to have them lock the door from the inside as I was aapproaching from the outside. So, at this point I'm left ONLY to assume that they knew they took advantage of a senior citizen and had no intention to be correct this issue. And, here I am after having lost about $300 in wages from not being able to work for the last two days (I am a delivery driver) still trying to contact Uneeda Tire and still no one is answering my calls at Uneeda Tire. Again, one of the worst businesses I've had the displeasure of TRYING to deal with.

When I called them to make an appointment, although the price increased, they still charged me the original quoted price. They didn't have to do it but they did and I'm truly grateful. I was in and out, back on the road in what seemed like minutes with new tires. To add, their prices bear out everyone else I called. It's the kindness of these guys that will bring me back.

My husband and I have both worked in the auto industry do we already the tire sizes were able to be swapped, and for that matter both our vehicles are front wheel drive! He asked the girl who checked us in if she could just let tech know to double check before they give customers wrong info. She pulled the tech aside and told us tell him yourself, so my husband did. Tech had nothing to say except "ok" and gave him a dirty look. There was no "hey we were wrong we apologize"... just nothing. When cars were done my husband tried to tell the tech have a good day and he walked away and didnt even acknowledge him. We came here because ive been a customer in the past and never had an issue. 1. Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2. Not offering any kind of apology when it was YOUR mistake, just bad manners. 3. Walking away and not acknowledging a customer who was polite but pointed out your mistake and told you that you were wrong - unprofessional. We wont be back.

I asked twice if he was sure that was not the lug nut lock. He was sure. I asked to see for myself and made him get the key I had. I was correct, it was a simple lug nut key. I am a female and not a mechanic and even I knew what the issue was. He cancelled my appointment before even speaking to me. He then told me he would get my car right it. Another hour passes and I get a call that he is unable to get one of my tires off with the key and that I need to go somewhere else to have it removed. SO I took the tires that I had already paid for with me and went to my father (who is not a mechanic either) and he has my 'stuck' lug nut off in UNDER ONE MINUTE. So after 1.5 hours of waiting, Walmart auto care center was never even able to remove the tires from my car. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

It turns out they left out the oil filter rod during my last oil change, which led to serious engine damage. I'm beyond frustrated. Not only did they fail to do the job properly, but now my engine is ruined. It's clear to me that their mechanics either aren't skilled or there's a lack of proper supervision. This experience has completely shattered my trust in this shop. Stay away if you care about your vehicle. I won't be returning.
