I have no clue how I'm supposed to fix it other than contact the company and see what they can do. Also the gear mechanic where you switch gears was loose no biggie tightened with an Allen wrench. This was all to get front and rear pads replaced and brakes tuned. Bike stops okay still squeals really bad. Fast repairs but something is broken or messed up. I was a little nervous since I didn't have any money on me, but they were super friendly. Within a couple min of riding in, my pedal was retightened and I was on my way. This kind of courtesy service is a majorly positive signal for me from a bike shop. I have been denied similar favors in the past from other shops, but these guys didn't even bat an eye. Would definitely consider stopping in if I needed any bike supplies or services while in the area.
