I believe this bike shop is great to fix a regular bike but not a Lectric bike just because every time something is loose or Broken. Unfortunately this time my front brake sensor was broken. I have no clue how I'm supposed to fix it other than contact the company and see what they can do. Also the gear mechanic where you switch gears was loose no biggie tightened with an Allen wrench. This was all to get front and rear pads replaced and brakes tuned. Bike stops okay still squeals really bad. Fast repairs but something is broken or messed up. Last time I had a plastic remote holder Broken. I'm going to start going to a bike shop in rehoboth beach Delaware. There is some pics of the broken sensor. read more

These gents were great. We visited on Sunday in November. My bike had a flat and needed a couple things looked out and tightened. They took care of it all at a reasonable price and same day. Again off season but I would still characterize the service as top not, quick and efficient. My wife has been mentioning that she wanted a new bike for the beach. Hers was old and pretty inexpensive (cheap) when she bought it. We found the perfect colored "orange" (actually Mango) Electra for her. One test ride and it was her. We got a great deal on the bike and it is both the color and style she wanted but never knew she needed. The guys were very helpful to her in picking the bike that best fit her needs. They even recommended a basket which she wanted all along. They also took the old bike so that they could repurpose it and keep it out of the landfill! Absolutely Great experience. read more

Excellent service and turn around time! I was having issues with my front breaks and needed to get them fixed to continue my trip in Ocean City during Labor Day weekend. I stopped by and they were so welcoming and informative. I hadn't had a tune up since I got my bike so I decided to get one too! My bike was ready in 1.5 hours. Did an overall tune up on 15 year old Giant hybrid bike. New brakes, hand grips and shifter. Rides like new. Sooo happy.

Great Shop with VERY knowledgeable staff. First off, I am from Maine and Came down to OC with 2 Ebikes. My bike is a full suspension eMTB that isn't the easiest to work on. As luck would have it (sarcasm intended), something happened on the 600 mile trip down and caused a wire to chafe through so the motor would not engage. I called this shop hoping for a basic repair. I dropped the bike off at 445pm and it was fixed (and really well with VERY neat work) by 10am the next morning. VACATION SAVED. Highly recommend. Oh yeah... and they also have great accessories... purchased a couple of lights for night riding and a handy handlebar phone attachment. Did I say friendly staff? Awesome. read more
