If you plan to make payments, I recommend using checks or another traceable method so you have clear proof of payment. Additionally, there appeared to be some tension with the staff, as they were being corrected in front of guests, which affected the overall atmosphere. Although our event was scheduled until 11:00 PM, cleanup began around 10:30 PM, which made guests feel as though the event was ending early and led to people leaving sooner than expected. There were also a few minor issues, such as being questioned for requesting a few additional utensils. Overall, while the venue is very nice, the level of professionalism could be improved.

THREE days before my daughter's 15 he tried to breach the contract and offered $3000 to move my event to another location because another person wanted our spot. When we asked him to let us rehearse he agreed to meet us there and NEVER showed up to open. He let us in until 4:00pm the day of our event to install ourselves, something that is time consuming. He was unreliable, lack of communication and unprofessional, to say the least. after tears and anger over this situation we stayed with our spot. The contract is sketchy same as his website.
