After many hours on the phone, I was able to get them to apply my insurance and insurance ended up paying $300. I discovered on November 18, 2025 that they never sent the results of the ultrasound to my doctor. I discovered this a year later because I came here again for an MRI on November 6, 2025 and they never sent those results to my doctor either. They outsource their calls to a call center and the MRI wasn't even scheduled correctly. It was supposed to be with contrast and it was scheduled without contrast, at a time where a doctor wasn't even in the building to do contrast, so the MRI was a complete waste of time. Despite this, they billed my insurance for almost $1200. DO NOT GO HERE FOR RADIOLOGY, it is a scam.

The PA (Sanjeev Singh)came in to see me within 5 minutes and spent 15 minutes with me. He was very thorough and had a great bedside manner. My entire visit from check-in to check-our was an hour and a half. I felt like the time was very reasonable especially since they were busy and I've spent around the same time in my PCPs office. Recently I went to the Medstar St. Mary's Hospital and I give them a 4.5. We received a bill for Almost 8,000.00 for the 15 min visit where we did not use a room or see a Dr. We sat in a chair. Signed some forms and a nurse or tech handed us the script. $7900.00, but minute clinic wouldn't help, our insurance wouldn't help and local pharmacy wouldn't, so at least they helped. The co-pays after deductibles had been paid for, were hundreds of dollars for a couple pills when the normal cost is $9 for 90 days.

Last night I had one of the scariest moments since becoming a mother. I thought my 18 month old son…read morehad swallowed a button battery. Panicked, I drove to the nearest facility that could do an xray which was this urgent care. Even though they had a 90 minute wait, they got my son back within 5 minutes of me bursting through their doors. The triage nurse was very patient as I cried my son's information to her. The xray tech was very gentle in guiding me to position my crying and confused toddler. The doctor came in very quickly to examine the results and quickly notified me that there was no button battery on the imaging. Everyone was so quick and patient with the entire process. I was advised to go to the hospital for further treatment. As I came home to pack a bag, I stumbled upon the button battery that my cats had been playing with on my stairwell. I want to thank the staff and doctors at this facility for easing my mama mind and being so awesome and fast acting!

When I would go in for my cleaning, I was always greeted with a smile from Rebecca and Amy, they are an example of what good customer service should be. The one negative about moving to Arizona, was leaving them. I really felt as though I was leaving friends. I am now struggling to find a new practice, which is very difficult, knowing they will never match Freedom Hearing. Giving them a five rating just does not seem good enough, I wish they had ten!

SHE was mean, uncaring, unavailable, cruel and should not be a doctor of any kind, especially for the elderly. She refused to listen to anything my family had to say or to help my mother. She made my mother's last days absolutely miserable and awful. I would not recommend this center if this doctor is still working there.
