They are the worst eye care center ever. Do not waste your time and your money. The only reason we went there was Bcz our regular doctor doesn't have appointments till two months from now. They basically can't process anything until you have your prescription which is understood but you should be able to browse comfortably and ask questions if you want. The second time I went in, I was browsing before an appointment and it was like she was off put that I was browsing before my appointment next door. I didn't even feel comfortable browsing. after my appointment, I went back and chose the glasses that I had seen. At that point she helped me , but but she was not friendly at all. Kenia was able to find what I was looking for in another department. She texted me a photo of the glasses to see if I was still interested and offered to hold them until I got there. My oh my! I realize she wasn't very busy, but she also didn't have to do it since these glasses were in another department not under her care. I'm very grateful for Kenia's assistance and she deserves a good review for her efforts. I told her I have a $10 copay it shouldn't cost any more than she told me yours is a discount program. So I walk out and called my benefits and they she was not quoting me for the simple standard lenses. She was only telling me about the upgrades. So I called back and she said well that's what we sell and like to use. If you want me to order the ones your insurance covers than I can. I asked why when I told you I had a $10 copay you didn't give me that option right then. No answer. So to me they are a rip off and not honest or honorable
