I have been waiting three weeks to have them call my mail in pharmacy for preauthorization of my diabetes medication. That pharmacy has been calling them for over a month. Nothing. I have called their office and left text and left voice messages about this too. Still no pre authorization! It is NOT good to be out of diabetes medication for so long. I have also been waiting for a week to have a different prescription sent to my local pharmacy. Again. Not done, despite my reminder calls to their office. This is not the first time this has happened either. I think I'll be better off at an urgent care.

He asked where I was from, and when I said New York, he said, "Oh. I'm sorry. Welcome to civilization." I found this extremely rude and disrespectful, especially in a medical environment where patients should feel safe and well-taken care of. The security guard lady keeps driving in her suv harassing guests who trying to find a parking spot. She keeps telling everyone to keep circling the parking lot till a spot opens up. I love this office so much, they provide the best care I've had. Been going for a couple years…read morenow. Recently had short notice that I was going to need to take a flight- I am terrified of flying due to recent crashes. I called and got an appointment in 2 days, my doctor was understanding and compassionate and validating. I was able to have medication for my flight the same day. I'm on my flight home now feeling great and not at all afraid. Truly a lifesaver, I am so grateful for the professionals here! You all are incredible at what you do! Not to mention, had bloodwork done about a year ago and discovered the only person that can have me in and out of that chair within one minute without me passing out. Amazing staff, amazing work!!
