Small burgers. And $5 for a plain hotdog. Come on. The place looks nice but they are not as good as 5 guys

We walked into a clean, relaxed space where the self-serve format lets you choose your own flavors, control your portion, and build your cup exactly how you want it. The store has a comfortable, laid-back atmosphere that works well for a quick dessert stop, and the layout makes it easy to move between the yogurt machines and the topping bar without feeling crowded. The main reason to come here is the variety. There are a lot of frozen yogurt flavors available, ranging from classic options to more creative seasonal choices, along with a wide selection of toppings that let you customize your dessert. We appreciated the freedom to mix different flavors and textures instead of just picking one preset option. The ability to sample before committing to a flavor is a nice touch, especially if you are trying something new or want to build a combination that balances tangy and sweet. The yogurt itself is a nice option when you are craving something sweet and refreshing. It is more of a casual treat rather than a specialty dessert destination, but the ability to create your own combination is what makes the experience enjoyable. Whether you want something simple with just a few toppings or a cup loaded with everything from fresh fruit to cookie crumbles and sauces, there are plenty of choices to keep each visit feeling different. The staff helps keep the experience easy and welcoming, and the shop has a comfortable feel for stopping by with friends or family. The team keeps the machines and topping bar well stocked and clean, which makes a difference in a self-serve format. It is a straightforward frozen yogurt spot that does what it is meant to do, with lots of options and a fun build-your-own dessert experience that works well for a casual outing or a sweet treat after a meal.

Making the order was slow (part of our party were already sitting down eating their ice creams while half of us hadn't even ordered yet), but this is in some ways a given: the whole novelty behind this brand is the cold stone and the fact that they hand mix everything. It takes time to shape the ice cream, get the toppings, mix everything together, clean the stone, etc. It seems to be more of a flaw in the overall business idea versus having a lazy staff. The staff were in good spirits and seemed to be moving along as fast as they could. So when you come here, you should just expect slowness. The quality of the product was excellent as usual. "Birthday cake remix" was fantastic. The kids had chocolate with various toppings. Everyone was happy. Prices are high. Order was inaccurate. Wife ordered a love it in a like it bowl, which was then double-cupped in a love it bowl. So bottom line is she paid for love it and got like it. Exact opposite for me. I ordered like it and got love it. We didn't figure this out until we were already halfway done and we were comparing the cup sizes. How hard is this? So: yey for food quality, and service needs improvement on the accuracy side, as well as somehow trying to speed things up if possible. Maybe 2 people make 1 order? Not sure. Hopefully they'll figure this out, but probably not.
