We had some big visions for the decor but started planning a little later than usual so lots of the items we wanted were booked. We were referred to Inflatable Adventures and they had exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a sleigh people can sit in for photos, as well as other holiday décor. Sonia initially took my call/email and had Sharri assist with the planning. Vern was involved towards the end, and I worked with Jeremy on site. All were great to work with. I'm so thankful they were diligent in helping me with this last minute décor, otherwise I would've been doing research forever, and possibly wouldn't have even been able to come up with what we did. Aside the xmas tree and garlands on the sleigh/top of the pipe & drape, we rented the rest from Inflatable Adventures and it was awesome. Thanks and I'll be back next year!

The main…read morewoman who answers their main number and returns the calls should not be speaking with customers as she does not know how to be kind or professional. I called to ask one question and she was rude and agitated. Wow you'd think that after the tough couple of years we had they would welcome business rather than discourage it. There are plenty of other business that offer similar rentals but have excellent customer service.

We had multiple goals during the planning process - to make sure the wedding at our expansive venue still felt like us, to make sure our guests had a good time, and to have everything planned to the point where we'd just show up and be present. During the planning process: They worked around our schedules. We would sometimes have to meet after work hours but in between, we would respond via text or email for any quick decisions. They were very receptive to feedback and guided us through decisions that aligned with our budget and design goals. They also attempted to curate and present choices that reflected our personalities - they made consistent efforts to get to know us each step of the way, which helped make our wedding truly feel like ours. They crafted presentations (even these were beautiful!) with options for each vendor, including the costs and their portfolio so that we would be able to make informed decisions They helped us handle all communication and negotiations of pricing with our vendors In the end, we definitely had an A+ team to have the wedding beyond our dreams. I am in awe and filled with immense appreciation and gratitude for what they do. The week of our wedding, my coworkers were surprised that I was so calm. It was an odd feeling as there were no worries to be had and we were just able to focus on making sure our families were getting into town okay. On the day of the wedding, Jenn made sure our tea ceremony was set up and ready to go while Morgan handled set up at the venue. They made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout the day. There were some family issues/hiccups that they took care of for us so gracefully that no one noticed anything was amiss. We were able to mingle and take pictures with our guests without worrying about anything else. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the wedding. Our vendors have even commented on how thorough and thoughtful they were in helping with managing timelines. Our wedding was a week ago and we are still receiving compliments with requests for all our vendors. Overall, if we were to go back in time, we would choose to work with JRE a million times over.

There were many reasons I chose Jenn from the get-go: prior to even booking her, she was already going above and beyond to get in touch with our venue and other vendors I was interested in. Our venue initially told us we could only use a planner, caterer, and DJ from their approved list...but Jenn's experience in the industry and being the "voice" for her brides allowed us to book her as well as other vendors that were not originally on the "approved" list. Being detail-oriented myself, I knew I had picked the right planner when all of my other vendors told me "she is the queen of details" when they found out who our coordinator was! I'm so grateful we had Jenn by our sides throughout the planning process, as she was able to take my ideas and give her recommendations to make things even better (I went from thinking I wanted only white and green florals to having colorful bouquets and arrangements and I'm so glad Jenn helped to change my mind on that one)! She will coordinate with all of your vendors to create timelines, menus, floor plans, and will even make last minute adjustments to ensure everything is perfect. I promise that you will not have to worry about a thing on your wedding day thanks to Jenn and her team! Needless to say, Jenn's work as an event planner and coordinator is exceptional and she is exactly the "queen of details" you want making sure everything is impeccable for your wedding day!

    I had my son's birthday party here. He and his friends had such a blast. Upon checking in, they had…read morea cart out with my son's name for guests to put their shoes and gifts and wheeled it into the party room. We booked a private party that was allotted for 2 hours. We had 35 minutes of play in the space world and then moved over to 35 more minutes at the candy land. Then we moved on to the private party room for 50 minutes. The host would use a siren when it was time to move to the next room and to guide us over.  I'm thoroughly impressed with the way Wacky Tacky handles birthday parties. They clearly know what they're doing. The host took care of everything which took the stress away from me. She set up the room, put my favors and cupcakes out. She served pizza, cupcakes, and used gloves to serve! She even sanitized all the kids' hands before eating. I love how they take cleanliness and good hygiene very seriously. Plates, forks, napkins, cups, utensils, tablecloth, hand sanitizer, were all provided.  Food orders do have to be made in advance, but I was able to add juice boxes and soda while I was there. Pizza came delivered close to the time it was time to move into the party room and was kept in the heated bag, so the pizza was actually still hot when it was time to be served.  Wacky Tacky was highly recommended to me for birthday parties, and I can see why. Definitely recommend to host a birthday party here! It's very organized. They even played a personalized happy birthday song to my son which I thought added such a nice thoughtful touch.  My son loves going here for open play as well. It's a great place for him to run and climb that isn't weather dependent since it's indoors.

We paid $500 for an all-inclusive birthday package, but from start to finish, the staff made it clear that they couldn't have cared less. The entire event was chaotic, uncoordinated, and stressful. There was no assigned party host, only a disengaged food server in the party room who offered little to no communication. I constantly had to track down staff to ask what was happening next and where we should be. When I arrived to set up, I was told I'd have 10-15 minutes to prepare the room. Instead, I had to repeatedly check in to see when it would be ready and was finally given just a few minutes to set everything up. During the party, the staff member assigned to our room showed no initiative or enthusiasm. He didn't communicate the schedule, didn't announce when food or activities were starting, and clearly had no idea who the birthday child was. He simply stood in the corner, quietly handing out pizza with no effort to coordinate or engage with the group. After pizza and cupcakes, we still had about 35 minutes left in our scheduled time. I was then told that too many guests had been allowed into Wacky Tacky, so the kids couldn't play afterward as promised. The children were disappointed and confused. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever came. I've since called multiple times to follow up, and not once has a manager called and spoken to me. Several of my guests mentioned they had attended other parties here before and had much better experiences, which only made this event more frustrating. Save your money and go elsewhere, Enchanted or literally any other venue would be a better choice. This was a disorganized, poorly managed experience, and we will not be returning
