i left a 1 star review about a year ago and said i would never return due to my experience. i received a gift certificate for my birthday this year and came to get my nails done. since i had them done here a couple weeks ago, i came back today for a fill. ben was my nail tech. i usually have issues with acrylic nails because the application is always uneven. ben's application was perfect. the acrylic was laid flat and smooth. i always get round shape and am very OCD about the shape being uneven and not really "round." but ben's shaping was also perfect. im not giving 5 stars due to the cleanliness. i came as a walk-in at 9:45, 15 minutes after they open. the place was honestly a mess and stuff was thrown everywhere. i believe if you open at 9:30, you should be prepared to have clients at 9:30. i can honestly say these are the best nails ive gotten. ben is a wonderful nail tech. i just wish the staff kept up with the cleanliness. read more

First of all, my nails turned out well. What is very annoying is that the techs seem to stay on their iPhones while working on your nails, stopping to look at messages. Also, I went in yesterday for fill in and French on toes. $143 . When I first arrived, there were only two pedicure chairs occupied, and the rest had techs in them. They directed me to a chair that a young lady tech with a pillow was sitting in, and she had to get up to let me sit there. It was just strange. It is not very friendly that the techs are on their phones unbelievable while working with you. When I had my eyebrows done, the girl had an audiobook on her phone, listening the whole time. Went in for a manicure and pedicure the job was mediocre at best. would not pay 65$ for a basic manicure and pedicure, within 3 hours the polish on my toes was coming off and the next day the polish on my fingers was coming off. Went to a different salon to get them fixed. read more

I went in to get a pedicure and a man was there speaking Vietnamese and pointing at me and another man who was there and making jokes because the employees were laughing at me. I am so upset. I rarely get a manicure for myself and I went in and my lady forgot one of my nails. There was no top coat on it and it immediately cracked when I got home. I got gel. I also paid for a manicure and got a glorified color change. The water was cold and there was nail dust in my polish. read more

Staff were very friendly upon check in. Three of us were going for pedicures and chose the deluxe option. All of our pedicures began at the same time and each technician had a different technique during our sessions. Prior to finishing I noticed I didn't receive one of the services listed under the deluxe package. Due to this I kindly asked not to be charged the deluxe package price. My other girlfriend received awesome treatment but was left with water and lotion on her legs. I would proceed with caution if you're considering this place. Unfortunately I will not be going back. Made appointment for both my daughter and myself for pedicures. They started my pedicure about 10 minutes after appointment time which is fine, but never got to my daughter until 35 minutes past appointment time. By that time, her water was cold and she wasn't in the best mood to get her pedicure so she ended up not getting one. The whole idea of making the appointment was to get pedicures together, and I also was on my lunch hour from work. I highly suggest this place to get your nails,toes and lashes done. This is my second time going and everything was done as well as it did the first time. I got my lashes done a little over 3 weeks ago and they still looked good. I just needed a fill in this time. No allergic reaction and I have really sensitive skin so I was surprised when I didn't feel any discomfort . They last you a decent amount of time and they always look so good. My fingernails turned out okay, but wasn't exactly what I wanted the didn't have the right color and they're longer than I wanted. I asked them to trim them shorter 4 times bc I didn't want them long with work but they eventually started huffing really heavy so I felt like I shouldn't say anything. I even had shown them on my nails where to cut and they kept making them too long. The guy who did my toe nails did the opposite and cut the whites off of my nails without asking so now my toes look short and stubby. My biggest issue is that I'm sure I was way overcharged. For 2 pedicures and two manicures with full set acrylics (one was adult and one 10 year old), we were charged $240.00, before tip. So $280. I've never been charged over $80 for 1 mani pedi combo with a acrylics before. Also, they skipped steps on the pedi and manicure for both of us. I asked for and was charged for a deluxe pedicure but only received the basic (classic) and didn't even get a massage (cuticles trimmed, lotions out on, 30 second scrub, basic pain. They also didn't do the manicure (cuticle trim/massage) on my nails. I was literally just acrylic. They were crazy busy but if there was anyone waiting they would clearly rush to get you out of there. I felt like just a number and no my a customer who was pained a ton for my nails. We had an amazing experience here! My mom and I got pedicures and gel manicures and my sister got acrylic nails. The pedicures were so nice and relaxing and everything was super clean. The gel manicures were fast and looked really pretty and shiny when they were done. My sisters nails turned out PERFECT! She showed them a picture and got exactly what she wanted!! Came in from a girls weekend. Called ahead and said it'd be a 30 minute wait. That was fine with us so we went on in and sat down. They ran like warm water and we waited patiently. They were very busy, however, the lady that started to do my pedicure was very, very rude and unprofessional. She got irritated because I asked her for more warm water. Her response was you can't have no more water. Come again? Then she began attacking my toes, yes attacking. I used to love this salon, but recently it has changed to having inappropriate rap and music videos with people in lingerie and using foul language (one song was using the f word over and over). Nice place with quiet yet friendly staff. My biggest concern and pet peeve is I noticed they do NOT sterilize or even properly sanitize their instruments which is a huge health concern.
