Excellent service! My cat got scared in the car and peed/sprayed in my car, soaked all the way through the seat. It was hard to find a place the knew how to get cat pee out, it's not a normal cleaning job. They were able to get it out and smelling great in a few days. They knew exactly what to do and how to take care of it. The true test was a few days later when the car was sitting in the sun all day and the temperature rose, not a tiny bit of cat pee smell. Actually my car smells like a pina colada now! Cat pee is extremely difficult to get out so I am really grateful for their service. They were very easy to get in contact with, and called back right away if I had to leave a message. Overall they do a great service and really nice quality people to do business with. My car is 12 years old and has never been detailed. The interior of my car was gross, and I mean GROSS. Dropped my Camry off here for a few hours and came back to a brand new-looking interior. I had soda stains, dirt, dog fur, and god knows what other kind of disgusting messes in this car and they are all gone! Took my car to them to get detailed inside and out. The exterior was very good, but the dressing on the tires was applied a little unevenly. The interior was OK, the trunk still had what looked like some lint on the carpet and it didn't look like they had applied any dressing to the dash or the door panels. The were able to fit me in on short notice and they had one of the lowest prices around. The job was OK. read more

Repeat customer. This time I really challenged them with my minivan that had the usual trash, damage, and stains from 3 kids under the age of 7, plus a German Shepherd. Not only do my seats and carpets look brand new, they even removed the pen and crayon artwork that had been in the speaker cover and head rests! They weren't done yet... they removed dozens of highway rock chips and scuffs on the body from shopping cart confrontations. This was a gift to my wife and she was very happy. It was winter time, and I don't like washing my own car in the cold so I did some searching and found Shameriffic. The staff was super friendly and the waiting room was perfectly equipped for me to log into work while I waited. Free Wifi, coffee, and a TV with integrated Netflix. Win. I chose the "mini detail" with them for my first try; despite their excellent reviews, I never go "all in" with a company until I see their work with my own eyes. The work was fairly well done and I was adequately pleased. My only point of reference is when I hand wash/hand wax it myself, which being the perfectionist that I am, makes it difficult for others to meet my standards. That being said, if I go back I will likely take them my older vehicle (this one was a 2016) and put them to the test with a more comprehensive package that includes shampooing the interior and is more extensive on the exterior side of things. If I do that, I'll update my review accordingly. read more

My mother has leukemia and is severely immune compromised. We had to make sure the cars were thoroughly clean before she came home in them from the hospital (and to and from clinic visits) and K and C were great. Not only were they thorough with both cars and did and wonderful job, but they were all extremely nice and one person (after hearing about my mom) even offered to pray for her recovery. I seriously cannot rave enough about Shamerrific! The staff and owners are beyond caring and compassionate. The second I spoke to them on the phone I knew that's where I wanted to take my car. So my scenario was a bit unique. A package of raw chicken has slid under some empty reusable shopping bags in my trunk and went unnoticed by all of us as we brought groceries in. It wasn't until 3 days later that I had realized they were unaccounted for. For 3 days they sat in my trunk, in my garage, in 100+ degree heat. When I opened the trunk the smell literally almost knocked me over. I tried every remedy I found online and nothing worked. Finally after a month of it being completely unbearable I decided to take it in for a detailing so I called Shamerrific and explained the situation. They suggested I call my insurance company so I did and surprisingly it was covered! My insurance company however wanted me to take it to their competitor down the road. They had it a couple days and when I went to pick it up the gross odor was still there AND it smelled musty because the windows were left up while the carpet was wet. Even after being forced to take it elsewhere, the staff at Shamerrific told me to call them with questions and to let them know how it turns out. I called my insurance company and complained and they agreed to let me take it to Shamerrific. This place was an absolute godsend! They walked me through the process, which was crazy extensive, they called me with regular updates AND they were able to get my car not only smelling like new again but it looks absolutely beautiful too! I had a smile on my face all the way home! Rarely do you find a company that cares this much about their customers and is truly passionate about getting the job done right, this company goes above and beyond that! 2001 Honda Civic - After letting my son use my wife's car for 4 months, lets just say it wasn't in the best of shape. There were coffee spills in the passenger floorboard, dog hair, french fries and I don't believe it had had a wax since 2005. Also, having just moved from Florida, the sun had really dulled the paint, but Kevin and his crew made it look like new. I'm pretty anal when it comes to a clean car and K & C passed with flying colors from the engine compartment to the trunk. I will be taking my mother's van to them soon. read more

I had the headlights restored on my Nissan 350z. The look 100 times better! The staff was really friendly and seemed to take good care of my car. I did have the car shamerrific shined, and for the price I was definitely happy with it. They also don't use an excessive amount of tire shine, so when I drove off my car was still clean and didn't have tire shine slung all over it. It drives me nuts when people do that. I will be back, with some tougher jobs to see how they can handle them. read more

K and C was the best customer service experience I have had in some time. You could tell they were really passionate about their business with their friendly and prompt service. I was the first customer at their new location, and they were very accommodating and gave me a great price. My subaru was full of dog hair and the seats were deeply stained from years of travel and camping with the car, but K and C solutions were able to bring the car back to life and remove nearly every bit of it. We had a nasty spill on the carpet of our van; they got the whole van done in less than an hour and it looked great. Then i got one of their quick handwashes; they got the spots I thought were stains off with no problems. Fast, friendly and efficient, and the cost is great, too! Passing through town after thousands of miles of driving, my wife and I were eager to have our new car hand-washed before making the rest of the trip home to Washington state. We found Shamerrific on Yelp, and called just a couple of hours before we were set to leave town. Kevin said he could fit us in, which was great. Kevin and Christina, the owners, were great--very nice people. Kevin even gave us a ride to and from a restaurant down the street so we could have breakfast while they worked on our car. I had the folks do a total detail inside and out on one of my cars. It was just paid off and I wanted to celebrate. I had the full detail package done and it was fantastic! Inside was spotless, smelled great, and stayed spotless for weeks. The outside was unreal. Looked brand new and didn't even look bad after driving through a rain storm. The tires were dressed out beautifully and the engine was cleaned as well. Kevin was a total gentleman as was Kristy. Very professional at all times. They really didn't detail the car. Basically just wiped it down and cleaned it a little. My upholstery still has dirt on it that could have been easily wiped away with a wet towel. The outside still had bug guts on the mirrors, front grill and windows even after they said they buffed it. Overall disappointed after reading great reviews. I guess I just expected more when leaving my car with someone for 7+ hours. Customer service was a little suspect. We initially were told it would be a few hours and the car would be done. We called mid afternoon and they told us it would be 5 before we could come in get it. I understand things get busy but it seemed like a long time to detail a car. The person that answered the phone also reminded us that there was no tip included when services are bought through groupon. Overall would not recommend. read more
