We did a walk through of all the items I wanted a quote on; if he was unable to do what I ask then I'm glad I was notified upfront. He also provided a time frame of the requested work. The quote was sent via email the next business day and he followed up a few days later to see if I wanted the work done. Communication was on point!…read more I was super happy I didn't need to purchase any new materials - since my backing was pushing in he was able to reuse the existing tile without cracking either. My biggest fear was if mold was behind the tile - he was confident it wasn't. But of course I asked if it was and he did give me a price like I asked so I would be prepared. The work took 2 days due to drying time and he was able to work with my weird schedule as well. Definitely will use company in the future. We had John to our house to mud drywall for our bathroom. He was subcontracted through another…read morecontractor (Almar Carpentry). He did an amazing job. While we were having the bathroom done my wife was re-painting the adjacent bedroom and I had put some wall compound on nail holes around the room that we were waiting to sand. Well without even being asked, John went around and professionally finished all the repairs on those holes AND around our cold air return at no extra charge. Just to be nice. A few weeks later we decided to ask him to come and quote a job doing some minor drywall repair in another room. He answered the phone with my name and said he'd be by the next day. However, he called me back a few minutes later and said we should go through the original contractor from our bathroom job because he didn't want to feel like he was stealing a customer. Man! That kind of service and integrity is hard to come by these days. If you need drywall repair, I don't think you could hire a better guy.
