Called on 3/17/2025 to make an appointment with Andre shammas for Tuesday 5/6/2025 a couple months in advance, wanted to give this business a try because a good friend referred them. I had already made a tax appointment with my regular tax guy, but cancelled it since I heard great things about this business. Sad to say I was wrong and wasted a huge amount of my personal time!!! I received a confirmation text, reminding me of my appointment and to confirm I would still be going; a couple days before my appointment date, which I confirmed by replying to the text. I show up for my appointment time 30 minutes early mind you, just to be confused seeing papers taped on the doors that the office is closed!! I go inside and speak to someone in the office (they didn't give me a name or didn't even come out from whatever room they were in) and according to them Andre and his staff were sick for the day and that I would get a call back the next day to make another appointment. It blows my mind that they would think I want to make another appointment when they don't even have the decency to let me know my appointment had been cancelled, instead of me taking time out of my day, moving things around my schedule, just to show up to my cancelled appointment without any notice by this establishment. I would've been okay if they gave me an email, call, or text telling me that my appointment needed to be rescheduled, but they didn't. Not to mention that I never received a call the next day or that week from any staff to reschedule my appointment that they randomly cancelled without informing me. Definitely would not waste my time again. I don't recommend. read more

I asked for a form to be printed out on the IRS website, since my computer was down. with the most disrespectful attitude, she says you know this isn't Kinko or FedEx. Great customer service! My tax specialist, Andre, is very nice and knowledgeable. They are very busy so make sure to book your appointment in advance. Parking is available for free. They have a restroom, but it is inside one of the offices. The receptionist is nice and very organized. They have a reminder service which is nice. The waiting room is too small and you have to wait outside in the sun. They are never committed to their appointment time they schedule you for. Worst customer service I ever had in my life! Take your business else where. My family has continuously had problems with IRS because of this guy and he does nothing to fix this problem he caused. Additionally, everytime I schedule an appointment to see him he makes you wait 3+ hours past your scheduled time. The other day I waited 2 hours past our scheduled appointment, and I asked him how much longer will he make me wait, so that I can call my work and tell them... His response "is go to work then". He does not care about his paying customers nor does he know the value of time. I've waiting over a year now trying to fix this problem because he tells me to come back the following week everytime. If you do not have an appointment you can take a chance at being seen by the first available accountant, IF an appointment is a "no-show", however, I don't recommend walk-ins as they are not as welcome during peak season.
