This place is the best place I've been to yet. I had a tax guy but wasn't the greatest and charged a lot more than these guys. This place is not only great, these guys are professional, smart and will tell you exactly what can effect your return and how to boost it. Also, they don't charge a fraction of what others charge. This place is super unprofessional. They yell at paying customers and kick them out when customers are only asking questions. They talk to people with disrespect and rudeness. A grown man who is supposed to be professional gets out of his chair yells at me and threatens me and wants to call cops on me. I felt scared for my life because he was very aggressive and was in my face. I do not recommend this place for anyone especially if you are a women because they will treat you like a second class citizen. Amazing service provided here! My wife and I went here for our taxes this year after some friends recommended it. We saw Alfred and he couldn't have been a nicer guy. We got our taxes done in about 45 min (once we got in the seat). **Be prepared to wait for a while, it's kind of a crap shoot when you show up. ** if you call for an appointment ask for Alfred. We called ahead and the person who answered the phone said they don't accept appointments, but they do. Also their hours are "suggested", if you show up at their posted opening time, don't be surprised if they're not there. Totally worth it though! read more

I'm sure these tax preparers are great at what they do- too bad I never got to meet mine. I had 3 appointments scheduled with Andre, all of which he never showed up for. The first time, the receptionist called me to confirm my appointment earlier that day. Then after driving 45 minutes here, I was told upon arrival the tax preparer did not come in that day. Rescheduled to an 11 pm at night later that week (shady business hours) but was desperate to get my taxes done so I obliged. Guess he also could not come to work that day. Figured third time would be the charm so I made another 3 pm appointment with Andre, 2 weeks later. At around 2 pm that day, I call the office to make sure he's there as I'm not willing to waste gas for nothing and they claim Andre doesn't come in until 3. I request them to call me back to confirm if he's there or not so I can start driving. Well much to my surprise, 3 pm came around and still no call came... until 3 hours later claiming he just came in to the office. No apologies, no explanations, and not fulfilling any reparations to make the situation better. The whole office claims they don't have any way to make Andre come in- which I understand, but why bother scheduling appointments if you're not going to ever show up? 3 chances too many. By the time they called, I was already sick of their lack of professionalism and had already finished filing my taxes with a preparer who not only scheduled me an appointment within the same day, but also somehow miraculously showed up to the appointment! Sucks because this place was highly recommended by acquaintances and seemed promising, but was only a waste of time for me. read more

I called and the gentleman that answered informed me that they do not take appointments and it's based on first come first serve. He then informed me there are 5 people waiting now. I asked how much it would be and he said he doesn't know. I said is there a ballpark? He said we don't know until I show up. What!
