I'm impressed! They did go a little too short on my Weiner dogs chest other than that his haircut looks so nice. We were also quoted slightly lower for our female German (bath w/ nail clipping $21) and our male ($26) and when we went to pick up our dogs the owner said whoever quoted us on the phone was wrong... but we had them quote us twice before I showed up with all my dogs... he was a complete asshole to us. I don't even care if it's over $5. Customer service is such a huge thing. I can't decide if we will go back because of how the owner treated us.

She is wonderful with my little Pua!! She makes her look so beautiful and takes great care of her. It is definitely a good day with Pua gets to go to the puppy spa. She enjoys the environment and services. They offer so many options as well. They even give her a little color when we request it. And after each visit they take time to take adorable photos of all the pups they groomed and post them to their FB page. Seriously I don't have a bad thing to say. They are also extremely affordable and they do not hold back on the care or services. So I don't have a dog…read more.... But I do have a Persian cat and I just recently moved here. So I thought I'd reach out and just ask if they accepted cats. They don't, but that's not the reason I'm writing the review. The review was for the interaction with the owner (I think) that I was texting asking. She could've just told me "no we don't take cats" but instead proceeded to help me find somebody TO groom my cat. Jamie Thompson went out of her way to make sure even if she couldn't collect money from me for services that she would make sure she could find someone who would do it for me. How crazy to think in today's world that someone would care enough to send me to someone else for services. It just brings back to your mind that there IS still good people in the world and humans don't always suck. SO-if ya gotta dog, take them to the groomery. It's so freaking cute. Very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. High end feel. I mean I wish I could just go for a spa day myself.
