Belle and Bernadette are great directors, very friendly and attentive to any concerns. The facility is always very clean and comfortable. This facility's response to COVID has been impressive. I feel very confident dropping my son off every day knowing that he's in good hands and kept very safe. I can't recommend this place enough.

Yes, my child would have accidents and no communication, no communication additional clothing was needed, she would have clothes and undies not hers, diapers that didn't fit, pull ups or no undies, or nothing at all plus red and irritated private parts. My child went to that facility since 6 weeks old and never had so many issues that weren't resolved until recently such as failure to be aware of her lactose allergy and served her whole milk in lieu of Lactaid on numerous occasions. I am appalled this center has not received more complaints and inspections for the lack of attention to detail for each child in their care and the lack of training management has. Also they bribe currently enrolled parents to place positive reviews in order to receive fee waivers, don't trust the reviews. The teachers don't just supervise the children--they genuinely care about them. They build relationships, celebrate milestones, comfort them when they're upset, encourage them to learn, and make every child feel loved and secure. I especially want to recognize Teacher Brenda (if I'm remembering her name correctly). My child absolutely adored her. Every morning my little one would light up with excitement and run straight into her arms. As a parent, there's nothing more comforting than knowing your child feels that safe and loved. Moments like that speak volumes about the people they hire. The daycare is always clean, organized, and welcoming. Every time I've walked in, the children looked genuinely happy. Throughout the year they host holiday programs and special events where parents get to watch their children sing, perform, and celebrate what they've learned. The teachers are kind, empathetic, patient, and treat each child with respect. My daughter loves her class and her teachers. They teach farm to table and family style dining, which is reflected at home. My daughter has tried a large variety of foods and enjoys almost anything I make now. They are intentional with their fieldtrips and their classroom activities. She is beyond ready for kindergarten, and I am very sad to leave the Christina Keny Community.
