I have made several calls to Jim Girvin regarding service and water quality. Nothing gets resolved. Jim Girvin doesn't even hold the license in his name for this business. He is collecting money, and not providing quality service. I was told on 8/25/2022 to either pay for monthly service in full for the year, or put a credit card in file for monthly billing, due to customers not wanting to pay. I can see why! If there is an issue, they send another tech out. I called and canceled service. I requested a refund and call back form Jim Girvin on 3/1/2023. Never got a call back. I also left a message with corporate office on 2/28/2023, to discuss obligation for franchise owners upholding Pinch A Penny brand. No call back to date. I will attempt to contact both on 3/3/2023. If no response, I will proceed with legal action.
