He called up to the main office to see if we could move our site along with the other three families that were camping with us. They were able to accommodate moving all four sites to a better location. The views are incredible here, including the sunsets. I am not an early riser so I did not see any of the sunrises. Lots of stuff for the kids to do. I would recommend bringing bikes for kids because the place is very big. The sites are a little small but I have been in tighter campgrounds before. This is a place I would definitely come back to again.

Garbage is picked up at every site every day, great walking trails, fishing ponds and a nice pool/hot tub area. Each year we book a site in August for the weekend when they do the flashlight candy hunt for the kids. The kids absolutely love it and the staff makes sure that no child leaves without candy. Being able to hop on a shuttle or take a short drive to the casino is a plus if you're into that too! Nice restaurants and venues there for rainy days. The only thing that even borders on a negative is the price, which is higher than a lot of other campgrounds, but you really do get what you pay for, and that is especially true here. Barring some catastrophic change, we will be back many more times in the future!

Ever since the first call to Raven Acres and while staying there, the staff was always super friendly and courteous. Cabin was extremely clean and well stocked with bath and kitchen essentials, A/C was spot on, unlimited hot water, bedding clean and very comfortable. UTV/ATV trails directly from the property, restaurants less than a mile away along with a convenience store. I would highly recommend Raven Acres to both RV and Cabin get aways. When we got there, we found Noel linens sheets on the bed or towels washcloths, and had not been told they would not be supplied even though the cost was the same as a motel/hotel room, the one room cabin had an air condition, dorm size fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave, but you had to unplug one to use another since there was only two plugs. when we went to a social event people were not inclusive so we did not stay very long. would not go back!
