Dr Stotts and her team are wonderful! We were on vacation when my "back went out". This has only happened a couple times in my 68 years. They got me in right away for a personalized conversation and assessment and x rays. Then treatment that included full spine gentle mechanical adjustment, cold laser therapy and stimulator with heat therapy! I was sore last night, but I am mobile again with some effort. The office was convenient, clean and welcoming. They definitely provide compassionate patient centric care. Wish she was close to home. She was and is a God-send! I would like to start off by saying a HUGE Thank you to Dr. Stotts and her staff. I woke up one day and I was in an enormous amount of pain, and was able to get in on a Monday as a walk-in. I cannot explain how much pain I was in and Dr. Stotts was able to work on me that day and start relieving my pain. She is kind, patient and very informative. She answered any questions I had and explained to me what exactly what was going on with my spine from top to bottom. I concur with Scott S. ... Stotts pulled exactly the same routine on me in December 2015. Additionally, she pushes a "package" of 30-some-odd treatments at a cost of $3,000!! After the initial consultation with her, which amounts to a sales pitch, she avoids speaking to her clients, pushing them off to use the equipment in the facility and get their questions answered by her assistants. read more

I recently got stationed at Goodfellow AFB and have been searching for a chiropractor as I've been in pain for a few months. After trying a few other places I was about to give up until I found this place. When I entered the office, things were a little crazy and disorganized because there were new staff members training and it was a busy time of day making me slightly concerned. Dr.Stotts came out and greeted me by name then welcomed me into her office to discuss my problem areas and instantly could see how passionate she is and how much she cares. We talked for a good 30 minutes about me and my history before she told me that they participated the Patriot Project making treatment free for military. She shared a personal story with me truly showing she is passionate about helping military members. I am blown away by the staff and the experience I have had here so far and am hopefuls they will be able to help me feel better. Went one time. Cost 600$. What did I receive for 600? In house x rays and 15 minutes in a massage chair. Xrays had to be sent to Shannon for evaluation by someone who can understand them. Then I had to come back 4 hrs later to have a contactless alignment and sit in a massage chair. read more

My husband was recently stationed here and my low back was desperately missing our chiropractor at home. Very blessed to have found Stott's Chiropractic! Both docs are great adjusters and they also have specialized equipment to aid specific situations like neck traction and flexion-distraction tables which are amazing for disc issues. I went in there in extreme pain thinking I was going to get some relief from a "FREE" consultation. I was sent by Dr Stotts for back xrays to Shannon Clinic in Oct 17 now today April 4th I received a call from Shannon Clinic wanting $231 for my "FREE" consultation since I had to go there for xrays since she doesn't have xray machine in house. My wife and I were both present and NEVER ONCE were told by Dr Stotts or Shannon that I would be billed for the xrays. When I called the Dr to discuss this, she was a complete smartass saying "oh how fortunate that that's all you got charged" and would not acknowledge her offices transgression or attempt to help resolve anything. In addition at the time after returning from xrays, since I could not agree with going on for adjustments 3-4 days a week, she refused to even treat me that day and I was told I owe nothing since she wouldn't treat me. I have been going to Stotts Chiropractic for about 4 or 5 years. No popping or cracking. Pain free treatment. I have yet to go see Dr. Stotts that I have not felt better by end of day. First off, I hate to give anyone a bad review but I just can't let this one go. I chose to go see Dr. Stotts because she has been around for forever and she has some spectacular reviews! My back began to really hurt a few weeks ago so I decided to make an appointment to see what could be done. Lately my lower back just has somewhat of a dull pain and I just deal with it but sometimes I move wrong and it kind of catches and then I can hardly move for a few days, that's no way to live! So when I go into visit her she doesn't even bother to touch my back or do any type of check on me, which at the time didn't seem strange since I have never seen an chiro before. She asks me a bunch of questions and then I have to go to Shannon the next morning for x-rays and then back to her office that afternoon for her to go over them with me and give me a treatment plan. At this point I think maybe I might get some kind of relief for the time being, nope! She goes over the treatment plan which I totally get, she is looking at the long term for me which I really appreciate but...she tells me she wants to see me 3 times a week for the next 3 months and then like 1 time a week after that for like the next 12-15 months. WHAT?!?!? So I ask how much this costs and if my insurance will cover it. Guess what, she says her "discount" is better than insurance and it will cost me almost $6000 but if I pay in full I will get 30% off, which is about $4000 or $1600 whice is 15% off to pay over the next 3 months. I DON'T HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY and trying to explain that to her was a nightmare and I never felt so small in my life! I literally cried in her office 1) because I couldn't afford her care and 2) I was still in PAIN! I went to another chiro after that and got an instant adjustment and she actually checked me and we have a very much cheaper treatment plan in place, one that I will still be able to make my house payment on every month! If you want to get taken advantage of, then definitely go here, but if not definitely get a second opinion! read more
