The nurse, Alisha , was amazing, she took the time to explain everything to me and when I had questions, took the time to answer. That might seem like that is the job of the nurse the difference for me was the delivery. Dr. Walter was fantastic the whole step of the way. Her and Alisha made me comfortable just by having a casual conversation as she was doing the procedure. It really helped to take my mind off everything. I shared with his assistant and she removed the sutures and said that's all. Dr D.H. never came into see how everything was going with the rest of my body. In all my visits I never had a body check other than asked if I had any thing of interest to be looked at. Those spots were sprayed and no follow up to check at another appointment to see how they did. I went to Dr.D.H. to see a Doctor in Dermatology leaving my Dermatologist of thirty years thinking I wanted a doctor to check me out. Unfortunately he wasn't as thorough as she was with inspecting my body for everything. It's sad to say a friend of mine told me "all Saguaro Dermatology wants to do is cut." Kinda makes sense now.

Dr. Thosani is not only beautiful on the outside, but even more so on the inside. She has an incredible bedside manner, takes her time to thoroughly explain everything, and makes sure you understand the "why" behind the treatment plan. I was especially impressed when I needed staples in my head. I was hesitant at first, but she carefully explained why staples would be better than stitches in my case. She even drew out a diagram to show how staples would allow for better healing and hair growth compared to sutures. That level of care and attention truly went above and beyond. Everyone in the office was so kind and welcoming. The entire staff made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Her medical assistant, Gio, was absolutely fabulous as well. Dr. Thosani is knowledgeable, skilled, serious when she needs to be, yet warm and even funny -- she made the entire experience much easier than I expected. As someone who works in the medical field, I know how rare it is to find a provider who combines exceptional skill, genuine compassion, and true passion for what they do. This practice has it all wrapped into one. It may be an hour drive for me, but it is 100% worth it. I'm so glad I did my homework and found this place. They are simply off the charts amazing. I then sat in the waiting room for almost 40 minutes before going up to the front desk again to ask when I would be seen - it was then that they let me know they were running way behind schedule. Given that I had to pick my kids up by a certain time, they finally brought me back once I asked about the timing and I was only able to see a provider for a quick visit. My experience with the staff once I was see was great but I will have to reschedule my original appointment for a full body scan another day.
