One of the most unprofessional healthcare experiences I've ever had. I had a new patient appointment scheduled with Dr. P for today at 9:00 a.m. I arrived early to complete paperwork, only to be told that no appointment existed in their system. This was particularly frustrating because I had a lengthy phone conversation with Linda when scheduling. While she was friendly, she was clearly incompetent as she failed to actually save the appointment. At the front desk, the staff member made no apology for the error and immediately tried to reschedule me for the following week. She repeatedly insisted that "it wasn't our fault" and blamed vague "system glitches." When I calmly asked whose responsibility it was if not the organization's, she simply repeated the same line over and over. When I stated that this was clearly the practice's responsibility and asked for her name, she told me to leave. I work in healthcare. Mistakes happen, but accountability, professionalism, and basic courtesy matter. This practice demonstrated none of the above. The complete lack of apology, ownership, or respect was shocking and entirely unnecessary. I will be escalating my experience into a formal complaint letter to management or the medical director. I would strongly caution anyone considering care here. read more

I had my first appointment here with Dr. Mclure who knows her stuff - I've been regularly seeing medical drmatologic surgeons for 35 years and, although I don;'t currently need surgery I've learned a thing or two about surgeons' habits of practice over that time. Got there in the middle of the day and didn't wait long to be escorted into an exam room and be seen by the doctor. read more

This is a five star practice. The staff is professional and caring.. The dermatological exams are done in clean, well lit, fully staffed rooms.. They manage their schedule well as I watch the flow of patients come in at their appointed times and leave after they received adequate care. I was very early so I was able to watch the flow. read more

I found Dr. Moss by chance, after my regular dermatologist thought a growth on my face was nothing to be concerned about. I wanted a second opinion and saw Dr. Moss who biopsied it and found out it was cancerous. He did a MOHS to remove it and was so careful and patient with me, as I was very nervous. Selena, his assistant, was amazing and comforting as well. I highly recommend this clinic. read more

Insanely expensive. Charged me $240 for one injection in the neck. Sat in the chair for about 30 seconds and that's it.

I was very happy with Dr. McClure, and felt she not only gave a thorough check, but also described what she was doing, what she found, and treatment options. I was a bit nervous when I arrived, but Christina (who checked me in) and I had a nice visit while she was checking me in; it definitely relaxed me and made me feel comfortable. As I was checking out, again, I had a nice conversation with the young lady, whom had a nice smile as I walked up to the counter (I must apologize, I did not get her name, but she was also very professional and kind). Receptionist, Christina wonderful. I was suffering and she fit me in very quickly. Plus she is very knowledgeable and able to answer any question I have. Dr. Pehoushek great! Always pleased with Dr Pehoushek at the Biltmore location. I go to him 13 years on and off since I moved to AZ. Recent treatment for skin cancer on my leg scary but he puts patients at ease. Professional and full of knowledge. Office staff and assistant totally professional. read more

Not the best experience. I visited Dr. Katherine McClure for the first time. She seems professional, but I asked some additional questions about the treatment they provide in this clinic and they charged me additional 100$ "for the time she spend" with me. Unbelievable! And she prescribed my husband some expensive medication although he could just buy generic medicine which is cheaper and works absolutely fine. It looks like they don't really care here. read more

This review is for Dr. Pehoushek and the staff. If you are looking for a new doctor I caution you to stay away from this location. I was a new patient. He was extremely aggressive and impatient with me. He was in a hurry and took advantage of me as a young female and told me to perform multiple tests and procedures that weren't medically relevant so that he could squeeze my insurance and myself as much as possible. They sent me all these bills before even calling to tell me my results. I had to call them weeks later. He performed a cosmetic procedure on my hands that has now left me with scars both on my hands that I did not ask. He completely took advantage of me as I was too shy and anxious to speak up about how quickly everything was happpening. I am completely distraught about the experience and please warn any new patients to look elsewhere. I am terrified of him and the staff at All Detmatalogy lack sympathy towards us as human beings. read more

Dr. Pehoushek, the other doctors at the firm, and the highly capable supporting staff, are all professional and knowledgeable, and can well handle the many complex problems a person's skin can present in this day and age. As a patient of the firm for over thirty years, I can vouch for their abilities and the personalized care they have offered me. DR.P is awesome, a super friendly and knowledgeable doctor. I received great service as a patient. HOWEVER, their office staff and medical assistant seems been staying on the clock and not working for couple of months now. DR.P ordered some lab tests for me, the code for the lab bill is wrong so the lab couldn't get my insurances approval, the lab told me to call my doctor and get the code changed so everything can be processed. I tried to contact the medical assistant at this office for SEVERAL months now, lol, left multiple detailed voicemails, seems like they are never at work? Or don't check their voicemail? This office need new MA, if they can't even get the code right they need go back to school and get rectified. read more
