The INFANT teacher Sarah R, held my child down to…read morefeed her... the next time my child attended , they did not feed her all morning and afternoon and failed to urgently contact me. they said she had a teether ...as if that's enough for an infant to have...they also told licensing that I didn't bring food , even though at her age , solid food is not needed. and she had milk with her. The entire staff handled this WRONG. And another mother told me she would be filing CPS and licensing reports ... because the same staff member Sarah , treated her INFANT wrongly as well ... and thought it was funny. Also when you bring up legal affairs they will ( in the same breath) delete camera footage and tell you that you may only direct your concerns to higher up directors because you brought up legal affairs . They lie about involving higher ups when families are upset so that you do not reach out yourself . The directors allow their staff to let new babies cry for long periods of time . They hire idiots that know nothing about the law or how to care for peoples INFANTS. And should be cited for deleting camera footage ,before the 30 day waiting period .

When you arrive the door is normally open, if you are just joining, you go to the front desk and ask for Crystal. She will sign you in, grab a uniform for your child, and collect your payment. Your child can change in the bathrooms in the back and join their class when it starts. We arrived late, but once my niece joined the class, she received a warm welcome by both instructors. Immediately one of the instructors gave her the individual attention needed in order for her to catch up. One of the reasons I chose this location is because they ask parents to grade the students on their behavior at home and based on what they get at home, they are allowed to try for a belt. It definitely helps with listening at home. Once leaving the class, each student has to bow and say bye as they exit. We love our new karate home.

When my granddaughter began attending there at the age of four, she had some educational delays. She was enrolled in September 2019 and the table has turned tremendously. She started learning everything a four-year old should know and more. At Chris, each age group has their own teacher(s) and play area. This is something I really love and appreciate. They also teach the children sign language and Spanish at no extra cost. The children learn something new each day, and they have homework and progress reports during the year. We could not ask for anything more. The owner is very loving yet very stern. I appreciate that as well. Her staff is top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing exceptional childcare, even infants. For a working parent and Grandparent, it is a good feeling to have a piece of mind and is put at ease knowing that your child is well taken care of. To help with this, you must sign your child in and out electronically, not on a paper. This gives parent's added security and a sense of added safety, also the doors stay looked. I used to think they were a little pricey however; you get what you pay for. Chris Learning Center is more than a 'Day Care'; it is a place where children are given the opportunity to learn and grow to their fullest potential. Our daughter has been in Ms. Danielle's class since she was 15 months old and will soon be turning two. In that time, I've witnessed the profound impact Ms. Danielle has had on her development. It's clear to see that Ms. Danielle's deep love for teaching shines through in everything she does with our child. Our daughter has flourished under Ms. Danielle's guidance: learning letters, shapes, colors, numbers (in both English and Spanish), new sign language words, songs, dances, and so much more. We asked the front desk assistant if we needed to reschedule (since we did leave work for the tour) and she said "well today is pizza Friday and it will be a few more minutes (but couldn't tell us how many more minutes). First impressions are super important...if we are scheduling a tour to potentially place our children in this school, things should have been organized and prepared. Not to mention this tour was scheduled three weeks ago. This was totally unprofessional and frustrating as my husband and I both left work to attend this "tour". Also, I could understand had she said take a seat in the lobby we'll be with you in a moment, we are taking care of something but she didn't and then mentioned the tour was only 30 minutes and that we were the only tour for this day....as if our scheduled tour wasn't important. I am most definitely not sending my children here if the tour alone was unprofessional.

This week is our first week back and I didn't know how much I missed it until we began seeing all the familiar faces and warm embraces. Master Dodd and Master B know us by name and were quick to resume putting my daughter back in a position of leadership. Also the events are amazing from parents night out to Halloween parades and trunk or treat. We did three summer camps this summer and out of all of them we discussed how the children were more well behaved and the negative influence was not there compared to the other camps. The teachers take time to teach them reading and writing and all the basic learning skills to prepare them for Kindergarten. My husband and I love their curriculum and daily activities. The facility is huge and very clean. We never have issues dropping the kids off in the morning because they loved going everyday. The teachers and aides are very caring and attentive. We were sorry we had to move out of the area otherwise our children would still be going to Future Leader Learning Center.
