I had pellet inserts and it was very painful and bloody, which was never an issue with my previous doctor. When I mentioned it, she immediately was defensive and dismissive. I left several messages with the medical staff with questions and NEVER received a call back. I finally called the scheduling desk to get answers to my questions. I'm done and I will tell anyone who asks that this is an office to avoid.
