This meant an enormous amount of time spent each morning, in the mirror, to make them look uniformed. That is, until I met Michelle. Michelle is truly the Brow Queen! The first time I sat down with her, we talked about my relentless love/hate relationship with my brows. Michelle listened intently and would extend on my points. She not only got what I was saying, Michelle also knew what I wanted. Her plan began with a lesson on where my focal points should be and where I had to grow in my hair. I had been focusing on top rather than under my brows, which did not make any sense since I had hair missing-I was also overfilling with a pencil. Since our first consultation; my brows are now even, full and perfect! I will not allow anyone else to touch my brows, except for Michelle. I did that once and it was a total disaster. Never, ever, ever again! Michelle used to work on my brows when she was in store. Yet now that she has moved forward full time with her company, I have the luxury of having Michelle come to me. Today was my 2nd time being serviced here by Mohammed (1st chair stylist) My first experience here…read morewas in February 2026. My hair was so badly damaged from numerous of things but the meds I was on for 3 weeks has taken my shoulder length hair down to almost ground "zero" before sitting in his chair. I had received tons of "bad advice" to just cut it all off and start fresh because it was ALL DEAD HAIR & couldn't be saved in which wasn't an option for me. There were too many commitments I had before me to be scrambling around just to be presentable. I informed Mohammed of what all I had gone through with my hair since September 2025 going from shoulder length to (mid ear on one side & just above the ear on the other)from so much breakage and it falling out in clumps . Mohammed felt the texture of my hair all over, and urged me to sit down. He asked and "who said you needed to cut it all off"? No, I could fix this he got to work and trimmed it to the point where it appeared to still have some life left in it. It also appeared to look healthy, although I was a lot more "bald headed" , (not really) but the hair that wasn't as damaged he INDEED saved. Moving forward 3 months later, Luckily for me my hair grows rather quickly. It was right at the tip of my shoulders ( but still damaged a bit from February) I was back yet again, Today for color and ANOTHER one of his magical trims and he DEFINITELY came through on both. Mohammed (Abdou) NOT ONLY invested in my healthy hair journey by gave me so many great tips on Do's/Dont's for my hair going forward. I was also not feeling well due to Allergies, asthma, and laryngitis he also, gave great and caring advice regarding that as well. He felt like apart of my extended family. What a Gracious and Generous soul I am forever grateful that I was spiritually lead to pass up all the other shops I could have and ALMOST stopped in for advice on my hair loss catastrophe, and was lead right to him. The vibe was calm, relaxed, and chill. #ChaosFREE So I had actually gone there yesterday (5/26/26 to be serviced but he wasn't there. I'm so happy I waited to come back the next day(Called first) and he said "come right on, I'll be waiting for you"

I went there, the place is decently spacey and also they have a lot of customers which is a plus for me because thats how i know that they are good because people actually come over there. I got my eyelashes done and I LOVE IT! It looks natural and it lasts for 4 weeks now. Keep in mind you can come back in 3 weeks after you get them done for refills. Customer service was really good and they are very friendly. I would recommend this for people who are trying to get their EYELASHES done.
